Sherry, our sever, and Peter the floor manager have been there 90% of the time upon our request. It makes our experience more a family celebration. No other place for us would do...

We had a perfect 5 star experience at a 2 top in the wine room! Quiet, excellent prepared steak, garlic mashed, creamed spinach and cremini mushrooms! Our bottle of Merlot was smooth and our waiter Kieth was fabulous and Peter the the GM was fun and great conversation! Overall a fabulous experience!

Quality of steaks (filet was very Chewey, grislily and Bone in NY was tough) and potatoes (tasted like instant!!!) well below the normal standard we have come to expect from Ruth's. Overall service excellent. This was my #1 location to celebrate our 35th anniversary, disappointing that Food did not add to the event. I am a big fan on Ruth Chris, when I lived in New Orleans frequented the Veterans Ave location. Monthly business luncheons and personal dinners. Always have relied on Ruth's to provide an outstanding quality of food and service.

We celebrated a birthday on Saturday at Ruth's Chris and everything was outstanding - the food, the service, the atmopshere. Steak was cooked to perfection and we loved the salad and the stuffed mushrooms! We liked the special dining menu for $59 which makes it more reasonable so we can come back more often. - Laurie

Overall good experience but table wasn’t ready so we went to the bar to have a cocktail. Nobody ever came to get us, service a bit lacking at the hostess station. Waiter was excellent. He brought us fresh bread but we didn’t have bread plates. When we asked for plates, he insisted in bringing us fresh, hot bread. Food was overall ok, not exceptional. It was our 23rd anniversary and the waiter brought a cheese cake dessert for us, very thoughtful. We will go back, but the coordination between bar & hostess needs work

We celebrated our 54th anniversary at Ruth's Chris for lunch on Saturday. We save Ruth's Chris for special occasions because my husband hates to spend a lot of money on food! I believe it is worth every penny! The Prix Fixe lunch was a great way to sample different sides. We had excellent service and our meal was delightful and consistent with what I expect from your restaurant. We were treated to a special dessert because of our celebration. What a wonderful and unexpected surprise! The main reason I love Ruth's Chris is because you always treat customers like you would guests in your home! Thank you for a memorable anniversary meal.

We were greeted promptly and wished a happy anniversary - I had included that info on my reservation - and told our table was ready when we were. We chose to gave a cocktail at the bar first, no problem as the restaurant wasn’t busy - off season. When we were seated, our waiter again wished us a happy anniversary, took our wine order and returned with the wine and took our app order. The wine was grossly overpriced but it was an occasion so OK. The calamari app was delish, the crab cake just good. Our dinners arrived shortly after and both my wife’s chicken and my rib eye were done perfectly. The au gratin potatoes were so-so, and my wife’s asparagus was limp. We were given a complimentary cheesecake for dessert because of the anniversary. The cheesecake was fine. Overall, the evening was very pleasant. The waiter was attendant, but not obtrusive. The entrees were excellent, the sides were just OK. The calamari was excellent; the crab cake, again, just OK. We expected a hefty bill and it certainly was. I realize it’s Ruth’s Chris and we were paying for the “experience”. This wasn’t our first time here and it won’t be the last. It’s a restaurant in a mall. It’s not in New York, NOLA, or the Vegas strip so I can’t rate it 5 stars. For the Fort Myers area it’s nice and it was close to home, but there was nothing outstanding to justify the prices.

This was our first time at Ruth’s Chris. It was our anniversary. As soon as we arrived, everyone welcomed us and said “Happy Anniversary!” We got to the table, and there was a greeting card on the table plus lots of rose petals! What a great touch. Our server was Hora, who did an amazing job. Food was outstanding and service was impeccable. Several others stopped by our table to wish us happy anniversary. It was a special night. We walked in, opened the open table app and made a reservation then we waited 15min….As soon as they heard we were celebrating our 32nd wedding anniversary it spread like wildfire amongst the staff, it was first class all the way…they wrote us a card, we received a free dessert and the staff plus the manager wished us well…they made us feel special……BTW I rarely write reviews but after this experience we’ll be making Ruth Chris a regular for our date nights…

Wait staff attentive at first but as meal went on they were not as attentive. Waiter said he would bring boxes for leftovers and never came back. Finally another busser came by and brought boxes.
