Perfect. Keith was great
Food was good but tooooo expensive. Service was great
Birthday very well done It felt special
Definitely a bad experience.
Waitress was an experienced and struggling. Food was much lower quality than we were used to.
Steak melted in your mouth it was so tender and tasty. Great service.
Great Service and wonderful food
Outstanding Service, The food was good, and temperature was ok, the only big draw back was the the size of the Bone in Cowboy Ribeye, it was half the usual size, and that will make me think twice before going back to this Ruth Christ
The hostess was very pleasant and accommodating.
Food on the floor and a menu on the floor up against the wall. Tacky.
As always it was amazing. Staff is always so attentive and the food seems to always get better.
We had a wonderful evening with great service and stupendous food. I’d like a return visit too try other items on the menu
Everything was perfect except for our steaks. Both were way below what we expect from a Ruth Chris steakhouse.
First time we have been disappointed. Hope it is not your new normal!
Staff made by son’s graduation dinner over the top!!
Table had too much distracting activity on either side of it.
Other wait staff and bus people constantly walking past the table on both side all night long.
Server only poured wine once all night.
Seriously. Last time for me at high end steakhouse. A mere $42 for 8 ozs of meat AND $10 for baked potato. Was it good? Yes. But worth the price? No. You can eat food anywhere for far less money. Food just nourishes you and fills you. It’s not life changing.
I woke up next morning regretting paying such a price for a meal. Not a good feeling. Thus I’m done with such high priced places. But for those that enjoy and can afford such luxuries, enjoy it.
Always great food and amazing service!
The steaks were served before we could eat our salad. The steaks were improperly cooked, sent back to the kitchen and still not correct. One steak so tough the guest didn’t even eat dinner. Biggest disappointment. We have eaten there often but the future will be different.
Steaks were perfectly cooked, salads were fresh & crisp and the sweet potato casserole was great. Overall a very pleasant dining experience. (The wines are a little pricey)
It was my husbands birthday....I noted it on the reservation but it was not acknowledged
The air conditioning was not working for more than 1 1/2 hours into our visit. This problem was known to management, yet they continued to seat guests, many simply left after sitting in a hot and stuffy dining room. We were moved to a different table in a section where the air conditioning allegedly worked. Not so. Our waiter, Matt, went above and beyond to save the evening. Management was clearly not up to the handling this challenge. As the temperature in the dining room was getting warmer and warmer, the steaks, usually served on a 500 degree plate, part of the ambiance, were served on regular plates. We ordered our steaks medium rare, yet they were served rare. These are issues that can be overlooked perhaps at a Longhorn or Outback, but not a steak house of this caliber! This was to be a special evening with company visiting from Tampa, it was an embarrassment!
Great meal with amazing service!!
Erica, (waitress) is a tremendous asset. Food was wonderful as always. Ambiance can’t be beat, just a beautiful restaurant.
Entrees came at different times. Very poor and disappointing.
A little disappointed with this visit… Typically it is a five star across the board, but not this evening.
Good experience for us Newbies, but valet parking not available as advertised - tough for a cane using slow walker
We eat red meat very rarely. When we do we make it count with Ruth’s and wine.
We were seated in a quiet area and the service and food was outstanding...as usual!
This was our first time at Ruth's Chris. We were entertaining a friend from out of town and everything was, as expected to be ," extra special!"
We would definitely recommend RuthChris to everyone. The food and staff go above and beyond with their service
We have eating in many Ruth Chris, but for some reason the food was not that great. It was Easter Sunday and we had early reservation so it was not crowded. We are originally from Chicago and the food is excellent, we now live in the Orlando area and we love eating at Ruth Chris, are favorite appetizer is the calamari which has a little zing to it. This was not good not bad but not what we are used to.
My husband ribeye was not very good also. One side was seared and the other side was not. When we were leaving our waiter asked how everything was and we told him. All he said was to bad. Also he could of been a little better at seeing if everything was ok but he hardly stopped at our table. Maybe he new we were on vacation and not locals.
Will not return to that location.
Delighted with our visit
Our server was beyond amazing! It was overall an amazing experience.
Our waiter, Keith was the best.
He made it a perfect birthday celebration for my wife’s birthday!
Consistently outstanding. Our server, Matt, was as good as they get. Actually, even better than that! He really made the experience fantastic. Oh, the excellent food didn’t hurt either!!!!
Food- Service and overall experience was great.
My first visit to Ruth Crist was outstanding. Excellent service and great steak. Add me to your list of satisfied customers.
Ruth's was our go-to steak house in the Bonita Springs/Naples area. Our last visit was a terrible disappointment. My rib eye was overcooked and appeared to be a lower grade of meat as it had little to no marbling. I'm a butcher's son and know meat. My wife's filet was mediocre. We were with another couple and did not want to make a fuss. If it was just us, we would have sent the steaks back and asked for the manager as we'd want to know if Ruth's is no longer a premier steak house. Our bill was over $220 so we certainly paid premier pricing. I'm submitting this review for my wife, Marcia, and myself.
Good service. Steaks were not nearly as good-not as thick, .tough and more gristle
we had hoped for a more intimate table for our 53rd anniversary, rather than a table for two in the middle of the room, next to a column. Last year we had a nice booth, and we were looking forward to the same ambiance for our special evening. They now have us listed as preferring a booth, which will be wonderful for our next visit. Thank you, Alex.
