Wonderful staff very attentive and friendly. Food was good. The obeisance was amazing especially at night. Would highly recommend. The Bass fish was great.
Food was excellent. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and it was so wonderful. Service was on point!!
Logan was our server and he treated us so well. My kids, husband and I were blown away by his service.
Great food and beautiful view.
Our server, his recommendations, quality and taste of the food, timeliness of service were all excellent.
Great service the waiters were wonderful and knowledgeable about the menu and made the visit a memorable one
The Scupper is always amazing and literally never ever disappoints
Great food. Great service!
The view of the Inner Harbor is only surpassed by the delicious food offered by the Rusty Scupper. A favorite, reservations recommended.
I was very pleased with the table nice view of the harbor. Crab dip was delicious. I had the filet with Crab meat my wife had the filet with shrimp stuffed with crab. We both agree they were excellent. Our waiter Logan suggested the lemon butter cake for dessert. It was delicious the perfect way to finish the meal.
We made a reservation early in the week. When we arrived the assigned table was next to the register. We asked if we could move. The hostess said he would check came back and said there was nothing available. I further expressed my dissatisfaction with the seating. The manager came out and permitted us to sit at a table with a view. The server made up for the seating, she was Fab!
In the future I will specify seating; closer to the music in the middle, not at the very end of the restaurant. Overall the experience was good!
The restaurant looks great and is fairly comfortable on the inside. The good part for me was stopped there. Every part of my order came out wrong starting with my drink. Well, the bread was fresh and tasty. Loved it. So my wife ordered the Baltimore Fish fry. You get more fish on a Mcdonald's fish sandwich. She had two very slim strips of fish, two shrimp, and two oysters for a whopping price of over $40. She said the flavor was good but she left hungry. I ordered a Ribeye Steak with crab. Two hours later I got a filet with crab. Sent it back as it was not my order. Honestly, it looked way overcooked and like it had been sitting a while . The manager came out not to make it right, but to let me know she was having the steak prepared differently. About 15 minutes later a different steak showed up with no crab. Didn't matter because I was done. I just wanted to pay and leave. She took the steak off and reduced the bill by 20%. The server was polite but she was all over the place with the service. We watched five other tables get served before us. All of them arrived way after we did. I plan on going back to the Inner Harbor but I will never enter the door of this place again. It's way over-priced and the service honestly was just bad. The servings are small and not with wat is charged for them. Save yourself an do the drive-through at a fast food chain restaurant.
Double date and a concert! Everything for dinner was amazing! Waiter was knowledgeable!! We will be back!
Rusty Scupper has incredible view of the Inner Harbor. We got there right as a huge thunderstorm hit the area and the views of lightning strikes and rain bands over the water were thrilling from our window seat overlooking the harbor! Our server was genuinely friendly and very well trained on the menu. Crab cakes are delish! I'd definitely go back next time in Baltimore.
I would like to experience the Sunday Brunch next.
Food was overpriced for the value but I guess what you’re paying for is the waterfront location.
This was our first time to Rusty Scupper and it did not disappoint! Service and food were impeccable! Our wait staff was informative on her recommendations…I truly enjoyed the Rockfish!!! Glad to see your restaurant open and filled with patrons.
Everything was exquisite! Except my waiter...he was outstanding!
Great server named DJ. Food is good but a bit pricey. Negative: despite a reservation would not seat us because some of our party hadn't arrived; we arrived early. Eventually allowed to wait at the bar.
Everything was perfect! The service was great, food was amazing, and the atmosphere was classy! Will be going again!
This place was simply amazing. It was what I anticipated and more. The food was excellent and the service was awesome!
The view is beautiful. If you're looking for a quiet, intimate setting this is not exactly that but the food is always good. The Scupper Sunset drink is never disappointing. The chocolate cake dessert is a sharable size.
The service was excellent and so was the food. We dine here every time we come to Baltimore.
Tiffany was our waitress, which was the best. My husband and I dine here often, however our 3 three who came did not. They stated they loved it and will be coming back. Please keep up the good work!!!!
Food was incredible. Service was top notch. We were only in Baltimore for a few days, but this was by far the best view at any place we ate at. Don’t skip this place.
The food was great for the pricing. Very clean environment
The food was excellent, although over priced. The service was the best we've had in Baltimore. Tiffany was very knowledgeable with the items on the menu and made great recommendations. And she was very attentive without being annoying and interrupting.
Thank you for leaving us such a wonderful review. We are thrilled that you loved your experience; Tiffany will definitely be happy to read what you wrote!
Loved my brunch experience! I would just advise that your entire party get there at the same time since you will or may not be seated unpopular arrival. Great Sunday Brunch as usual.
I was very concerned about the number of people in the restaurant that were not wearing mask around the food for the Sunday Brunch. Everything that I put on my plate was over cooked. Way too much money for over cooked food.
We are so sorry that your experience was not enjoyable. We would like to know more about what went wrong. Please reach out to JULIAN DEMIRI at rustyscupper@rusty-scupper to discuss. We look forward to hearing from you!
The location is perfect. The variety of food is great. The music is very nice. The price is good. I enjoy the setting . The servers are very friendly and attentive.
Thank you for leaving us such a wonderful review. We are thrilled that you loved your experience; our staff will definitely be happy to read what you wrote!
The meat was over cooked. The eggs were powdered. I expected better tasting food for $50 a person.
Eat at your own risk. No masks. Everyone was handling serving utensils and lids. No gloves. How do you know who’s vaccinated? I’m not going back!
Love the Sunday brunch!
Great buffet by the waterfront. Food selection was excellent, drinks a plus. Will visit again and again and again.
Delicious spread of food and stellar service. I definitely would recommend.
For the money you spend the quality should increase. Unless you get there at 10:30am you are primarily left with leftovers. Too many people were allowed in at the same time.
Positives: Awesome Host and Greeters
Having a Variety of foods was excellent
Ambience and Environment was enjoyable because we got a window table.
The server Logan was truly outstanding, made us feel welcome and taken care of, offered wonderful suggestions that allowed us to pick the best items. The food was amazing, especially the crab cakes and scallops.
Server DJ was exceptionally on point. The food was good .
The food was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this amazing review!
We were celebrating a very special anniversary. Our server was very attentive and offered many helps so our experience was terrific, even gave us a glass of complimentary champagne! Food was excellent, couldn’t have been a better night!
