Rudy and Pacos was so good as always!! We loved the service the crab cakes and the Caesar salad and the cosmos were perfect!! We can’t wait to come back. Thank you.

This is one of my most favorite restaurants in Galveston! Always excellent food and service. It was difficult to talk during our dinner due to the noise of other patrons.

This place was 5 stars on every level! It was our first visit and they made us feel like regulars. We sat at the bar and got amazing recommendations from the bartender. Every bite from the appetizer to the dessert was absolutely amazing. The ambiance takes you back to the elegance of the 1940s and there’s no detail overlooked. We will go out of our way to visit again!!

The food here is amazing! If you love seafood this is your place. From the yummy bread and plantain’s to the outstanding red snapper you will enjoy it all. The drinks are also delicious! Desert cannot be skipped. Natalie was our server and she was such a polished professional and she was able to share her knowledge of the menu. The wait staff all work as a team so you never see big trays full of dishes but rather a well orchestrated and choreographed “dance of the waiters”. If you come to Galveston you have to hit the place up. We loved it.

We went with friends to Rudy & Paco’s and had a fantastic experience. We were seated promptly at our reservation time and met by Andy who made us feel very welcome. Some our guests had food allergies and Andy verified our requests and concerns. Michelle did a great job taking care of our group. Everyone loved the plantains with chimichurri and pico. Salads were very fresh. Entrees of red snapper (pargo) prepared various way and grilled shrimp (Camarrones) were fresh and expertly prepared. We order a variety of pastas family style for the table and asked the chef to surprise us. We received a GF and DF penne with marinara and a GF and DF spaghetti with pestos and sweet peppers. A 3rd traditional Alfredo was also prepared by the chef. All of the pasta bowls were completely eaten and enjoyed. Ambiance is classy and understated. The serving choreography and timing was impressive. Highly recommended for a very nice dinner in Galveston. One tip - parking is limited in that area of town but there is paid parking ($10) available about 1 block north of the restaurant.
