   I’ve been coming for my birthday for many years here and this did not disappoint. It was great seeing Paco and his staff again and the food was excellent. My girlfriend and I enjoyed everything. Whenever I think of Galveston, I always think of this restaurant. Thank you for your kindness to us.

   My wife and I shared ceviche and wedge salad. Both very good. Also had crab cake which could have been crispier. Also red fish veracruzano. The fish was great. Too much sauce. Potato galette very good. Server Samantha was excellent.

   We cannot stop talking about our dinner and experience last night! The food was like nothing we’ve had before (delicious!!) and the service was extremely impressive. Top of our list on best restaurants and we hope to be back!

   We always enjoy Rudy & Paco's! We went there to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had wonderful food and service by Oliver. Andy was also super accommodating and was a pleasure to visit with. Our food was fantastic and of course we have leftovers to enjoy at least one more time. My only disappointment was that we didn't get to see Paco while we were there :-) as he is always a pleasure to see. Thank you for such a wonderful anniversary lunch.

   You just can’t go wrong here, and you’ll be back as soon as you can. Impeccable service, interesting and delicious entrees, the best calamari I’ve ever had (it has grilled peppers), unusual cocktails, and even though all tables were taken, you can easily have table conversation.

   We love Rudy and Pacos. Whenever we visit Galveston, this is our top choice of where to eat- along with Vargas. We met Andrew at Rudy and Pacos this visit and he totally took care of my husband and me. He went above and beyond to handle a problem that arose. Thanks Andrew for taking such great care of us.    We dined on 4/21 and had a lovely time. The food was absolutely wonderful - crab cake, crab bisque, 8 oz filet, and lamb chops. Enjoyed the plantains at the start - a nice light treat and better than bread to start. The bread with the meal was enjoyable as well. The service was pretty good although we had to ask for our check when we were ready to leave and our waitress was talking to another table (she wasn't serving them at the time ... just in conversation). Love the ambiance and how it's not a large restaurant. Definitely will return!
