Food doesn’t compliment each other, ribs to salty and the roll should have come with wasabi for free since it’s a roll, and I didn’t ask for real wasabi which isn’t taste like the real wasabi so I can’t be fooled with your wasabi.

This is the 2nd review and unfortunately last for this week. Roy’s gave us the best experience on my husbands birthday 7/1/25. Roy’s Waikiki is amazingly fabulous and such a treat for your pallet! You must dine here at this location on Lewer’s St. We decided to dine here last night 7/6/25, on our final night of this trip. Once again I must recommend this restaurant for the true “Hawaiian” experience! Thanks once again to all the staff and management for giving us such wonderful hospitality and service beyond excellent! Until we meet again! Aloha & Mahalo! Diana and Paul Narbut 🤙🏻🏄‍♂️💙🥳

Amazing restaurant food was amazing everyone treated us like family and not like a number will be back again when we come back to Hawaii

Eric our server was very personable and knowledgeable of the menu and the wine list Would recommend this place for the service and food as the food was very standout among the other places we’ve had along the strip. Get there before the dinner rush or have a reservation would be another recommendation

Service was fantastic! Had our anniversary dinner, sat on the balcony and was a beautiful table, definitely reccomend sitting outside. Food and drinks were delicious, butterfish is a must try!

We finally made it back to Roy’s Waikiki one of our most favorite restaurants of all time. We celebrated my husband’s 62nd birthday. My hubby ordered the Garlic Parmesan Jumbo Black Tiger Shrimp with lump crab ravioli and Tristan tempura lobster. I had the Macadamia Nut Crusted Local Catch. I was desperate for some island Mahi Mahi but it was not available. So I had the Swordfish, the local catch. It was amazing!!! I’ve had Swordfish before but wow the island catch once again was out of this world delicious! I had 2 Roy Signature Martinis and hubby 2 Emerald isles! Wow heavy pours very generous, much appreciated too. The seasoned edamame, which I asked for extra was so tasty! We ordered the upside pineapple cake and they gave my husband a birthday brownie drizzled in chocolate syrup. Unfortunately, we don’t have bigger appetites. We purposely did not order an appetizer or salad to make room for the wonderful dessert. Dessert is a must! The entire staff was friendly and gave excellent service! The manager stopped by to wish us a happy birthday as well! Here’s the clincher we loved it so much we went back and ordered the same exact things except this time the manager came by and he totally remembered us and he gave us a complementary appetizer which was awesome. It was a tempura zucchini. We stuffed it down! We met another wonderful manager as well the 2nd night. Roy’s will always be our go spot for the best fish in Waikiki! Aloha and Mahalo! The appetizers of zucchini and pita were both unique and very tasty wanting us begging for more! The fish trio was sensational, perfectly cooked, and the sauces and accompaniments just delicious… enough for two to share. Jeremy, our waiter provided exceptional service and made sure our wedding anniversary celebration exceeded expectations.
