                                                                    The food was good and the service was very attentive but the atmosphere was way too noisy. There were several tables near us where people were actually shouting across the table. We certainly won't have lunch here again but we may return for a quiet dinner if possible.

                                                                    I've been dining at RL as long as it's been open and it is consistently extraordinary. The menus are fresh and seasonal and always include my old standbys. The service is impeccable. Anyone who says they didn't enjoy themselves can't be pleased. The best, always.

                                                                    My friend and I love RL because we always feel special, have excellent service, and love our meals. Today was no exception. From the fresh white roses on the table to the attentive wait staff to the hostess who remembered my name, each detail enhanced our experience. BTW, the key lime pie is divine...and sharable...and has fruit on the plate so is surely healthy....

                                                                    We ALWAYS eat at RL when in Chicago, it’s a MUST! This time was no exception! Everything, superb from warm greeting to our jr waiter and our server! I’m sorry I don’t recall his name, however, he is Moroccan and we enjoyed talking with him about our recent trip to his homeland. Our lunch was excellent, Crab cake appetizer delicious! It is always THE most enjoyable experience when we dine at RL- I couldn’t say enough good things !
