   Great food, service, and views! Our glass was never empty and we were checked upon several times while enjoying our meal. They also took extra special steps to ensure that our anniversary dinner was extra special and memorable. Would definitely recommend!

   The setting was lovely with a view of the lake. The service was spot on. The sommelier was very knowledgable. The wine was delicious - a sauvignon blanc and a bottle of Italian like Cava. But the food was mediocre. Two of us had pasta which was borderline boring - pasta carbonara was a bit salty and the bolognese was a little mushy. I ordered the Fiorentina pizza which had no redeeming qualities - tasteless undercooked crust, tasteless chewy (? previously frozen) mushrooms and spinach, and abundant but tasteless cheese. This was our second dining experience at this site - the first time we had a romaine salad and mussels and they were both also mediocre. I hope the food preparation can be overhauled because then this restaurant will be superb!

   Food was decent - seafood was overcooked. Drinks were not tasty. Pizza was delicious. Server (Jessica) was amazing!

   My wife and I had a 6:15 pm reservation and we were seated at a marginal and somewhat uncomfortable table in the middle of the restaurant. Another couple was seated very close and immediately across from us, and we felt cramped. Service was slow at first and then became non-existent. A major annoyance was having to listen to a sommelier and/or waiter speak loudly to the couple next to us for about 30 minutes. We didn’t appreciate the inappropriate conversation go on for so long next to us. At 7 pm we still hadn’t received our entree’s and our waiter went awol after he took our order. Overall, the restaurant was incredibly noisy and we were quite irritated by the time our food arrived….around 7:10 pm. The food quality was about a C (we didn’t finish our meals and wouldn’t order either again). Notably, my wife’s pasta was undercooked and the glass of house wine they brought after our entree’s arrived was undrinkable. But who cares right? Not exactly the intimate, quiet anniversary dinner we had envisioned. In the end though the problem lies with us. We frequently dine out, know the difference between good, bad and excellent, and have reasonable but high expectations. This restaurant didn’t meet them and we made the mistake of thinking it would. Caveat Emptor.

   The ambiance was perfect for an Italian restaurant. It felt high end. The servers were all so observant of when to approach the table and when to not as we were having a business dinner. The food was great! I highly recommend this place!

    Delicious wine and appetizers, wonderful main courses, a lovely view, and excellent service, make for a really nice dinner out. Valet service for the car is free (of course, we give a tip), and the lobby and hallways of the building are over-the-top old-school classy. There is a hallway with pictures of famous people who have visited over the years. And some museum-quality gems and minerals in a case, including gold, which of course has historical significance 'round these parts. There is a carafe of wine for $40 (either red or white and you get what you get), which provides for 2 generous glasses. There are some sharable apps. We got the polenta and mozzarella, and it was good. Maybe for lunch I would get a pizza, as the ingredients on top look interesting. For dinner, I chose a pasta dish of rigatoni and mushrooms. The creamy red sauce was very good and not spicy--great for me. My husband chose a pasta with seafood dish. Both were yummy with thick good pasta. We would go again!
