   FANTASTIC experience. All the food was phenomenal (scallops, lamb, octopus, and stuffed peppers), service was attentive but not rushed, and most adorable ambiance. 10/10.

   Our meal was delicious, we tasted nine different plates plus two desserts and each came beautifully plated and the pacing was perfect.

   We had an absolutely lovely experience at Rincon 38. Staff was amazingly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I had been there just once before and remembered that it was special. It still is. We'll be back!

   Delicious tapas! Great service! We love seafood so we got halibut, scallops and the ink pasta. Wonderful! Also the beet salad with a scrumptious goat cheese croquette. And stuffed picillos. So, so delish!

   Went specifically for the paella which was very very good. But also ordered the scallops and they were excellent. Had four different dishes in the end. All were very good and had unique touches to them. The staff very attentive, but not overbearing. The restaurant space is small so I do recommend reservations. It was interesting to note that there was no turnover of customers while we were there. Everyone was allowed to take their time and order many of the tapas plates over the length of the evening. Would go back.

   We had a marvelous birthday celebration at Rincon38. Sampled just about everything on the menu, and everything was a winner. The wine list was rich with Spanish selections which was fun - and the waiter recommended a Basque wine that was perfect with everything we had. I generally have not had good luck with Basque wines, so was very happy to have one that I enjoyed so much. Desserts - wow. Don’t skip dessert here. Being gluten free, desserts when dining out are disappointing, but there were three to choose from and all were unique and appropriately sized for one person. We took an early reservation and it was lovely to spend some time in a quiet chill setting before people started thronging in and the noise level rose. Never so loud that we couldn't hear each other, but we were probably the loudest in the room, and were lucky that the couple at the adjoining table was amused, rather than annoyed by us. Tables are quite close together. It is an intimate, comfortable place, where you want to linger. I wish I would have found this place a long time ago. I think I will be spending some afternoons at the bar…...
