The staff is simply splendid. We dine often, kid friendly in early evening.
The best secret of old Naples.
I feared that it would not be a great evening as I had forgotten it was a holiday and everywhere was packed. But despite being extremely busy, my friend and I had a gracious and yummy meal out on the porch with a waiter who was as serene as if we were his only table. I have to say that for consistently fine food and service, Ridgway is hard to beat. They even had live music out by the bar and we danced a few dances after dinner. All good, all fun.
After dining at Ridgway Bar and Grill, we went next door to Sukie's Wine Shop to purchase a bottle of wine. Ridgway advertises that their wine can be purchased at the connecting wine shop. At the wine shop, I was unable to find anyone to assist me. This was early in the evening (about 6:30PM). The person behind the counter had to go to the restaurant to get someone (who never showed up). My dining partner went back to Ridgway Bar and Grill to get a menu and the 2 of us tried to locate the bottle of wine that I had, but we were unable to find it. We finally left frustrated and disappointed. While the dining experience at Ridgway's was exceptional, the bad experience at Sukie's ruined my entire night.
Ridgeway never disappoints. Our overall dining experience was wonderful.
Totally impressed with ambience, service, food, comfort & cleanliness!
The Ridgeway is an old school Naples institution which never disappoints. Food is well prepared and fresh. Sides are delicious. My personal favorites are the breaded zucchini and sautéed greens. We love coming here.
We were on the front veranda - beautiful
Wonderful food, lovely setting & consistently great meal. Crab & avocado was delicious & enough for 2 & filet was perfect! Generous drinks & outstanding live music outside for after dinner .
Food was not up to Ridgway standards.
