Went for my birthday. All the staff and owners kept coming to the table and saying Happy Birthday. The waitress was awesome. The Steak was amazing. Only thing I was not a fan of was the augratin potatoes. I will be going back to Reys for more birthdays and events. It’s just a amazing place. Thank you for making my birthday awesome.
Great food and great service. We branched out this time and tried the chicken. Very good. Steaks are perfect and the desserts are delicious.
Expensive so we go every 3 weeks, worth it!
Great food! Complimentary valet. Good service. Bananas Foster was unbelievably delicious!
Love the ambience! Service was impeccable. The food was average.
Great food. Great service. Really enjoyed the booth seating.
The service was exceptional and the food was good. Would go again.
Rey's holds a place in our hearts for my wife and me. It is where I proposed, and where she said yes. We begin every anniversary celebration at Rey's and at the same table.
The food is excellent, the staff attentive and Rey always comes by the table to personally ensure everything is exactly as we want it.
The only bump in our dinner yesterday evening was our server said they didn't offer a red wine sangria...we've been going there for 6 years, and my wife always orders one. He said he could have the bartender make one, but it came out way too strong and I asked them add a bit more simple syrup to sweeten it up...it was a little better, but still strong. If the Sangria has been taken off the menu, I appreciate if that decision were reconsidered. It is my wife's go to drink.
That little issue not withstanding, I whole heartedly recommend Rey's to anyone looking for excellent French Quarter N'awlin's fine dinning. This place remains our favorite restaurant for the special celebrations in our life!
Purcell was great as usual. Rey’s is best in triangle.
Excellent food and great service. Jasmine was our server and she went above and beyond to make it a good evening.
Great place that special dinner to celebrate something big or just a really great meal! The staff is attentive and knowledgeable and the food is out of this world amazing.
We had the most wonderful evening at Rey's!!! It was the perfect way to spend our 20 year anniversary and Bob, our waiter, was so fun and gave us just the right amount of attention without hovering and let us enjoy our meal!! SUPERB night! Thank you!
Good place for steakhouse atmosphere at reasonable prices.
Friendly manager and staff.
My experience was wonderful!! All staff were very communicative and interacted with my 10 month old son! It was his first fine dining experience and he enjoyed it, as well as myself!!! Will definitely return. Thank you all!
Aways fantastic food and service!! Our waiter, David was perfect, attentive, friendly and professional!
We ate on the Outside patio. Food, service and overall ambiance was fantastic. Persell our waiter was fantastic. He was very helpful in highlighting options, sensing when to check on us and has a great personality. Rey and his team created an awesome experience for us.
Great food and service. It was my first time there and it was fantastic. Normal for a good steak I go to Sullivan's on Glenwood. I actually enjoyed my meal more at Rey's.
Delicious food & fantastic service
Scott was great as our server. The food was great. They had a wonderful value we did not know about called “Restaurant week”. It allowed us to taste so much of their food. We had a fabulous time.
Went for restaurant week. Very good value. Filet was cooked perfectly, salmon was just ok. Nice wines by the glass.
What a wonderful evening. The filet was done to perfection. The sides were wonderul. The dessert was scrumptious. Scott, out waiter, was delightful. It was the first time I had visited Rey's. I'll be back
Much has changed at Reys but fortunately the food is still delicious and consistent. I use to say that Rey's had old world charm and elegance. Today's environment is more energetic and casual. With all of the newer younger wait staff, I always ask for one of the seasoned staff members - David and Jim are both awesome.
Food was solid. Noise and ambience, not so much. We went during Restaurant Week, which made the food a better value. If it hadn't been Restaurant Week, then not so much.
It was great in everyday except decor could be updated.
Rey's was amazing. The food was great and the service was top notch. We went for the first time to check it out during restaurant week, but we will definitely be going back.
Even during restaurant week, Rey’s was outstanding
Great evening, the food, service and atmosphere was all spot on. It was very busy, but our service & food was excellent. Looking forward to dining here again in the near future.
Very enjoyable. Skip the carpaccio
Steak was perfect
Wonderful as always! Rey’s always offers an incredible experience.
Rey's is still our favorite date night and special occasion restaurant. The food, service, and ambiance is second to none!
We chose Rey’s because we thought it was a higher end establishment. The food was okay, but not elevated like a Ruth’s Chris or Capital Grille. Our server was distracted, we had to flag someone down to pour water and a refill of wine. Our food arrived and our server was no where to be found, so it sat on a serving tray for 5 minutes. My daughter had wanted to order another appetizer and when we found our server to order, we were informed the kitchen had closed. This was before 10pm. I’m not sure if the staff all wanted to go home or what, but there were a lot of them and they were all walking around. We dine out a few times per week and prefer a good steakhouse 1-2x a month. This is not one of them. The ambiance is lovely and the hostess was very kind.
Amazing staff. Great value.
Great Food, First Class Service, Felt very appreciated for coming to dine there. Other places in the area should take lessons from Rey's.
Very nice restaurant. Good for a special occasion or when you want to have an extra special night out.
The staff, servers, and everyone involved in our dining experience were all very friendly, professional, and efficient.
Rey's service and food quality is the best. Always a pleasure.
From the moment we entered the restaurant the service was excellent. Dana, Jim and Mike provided awesome service from start to finish. The food was great and the Cosmos were made just right!
Great night out this week at Rey's! Whether you were there for restaurant week to try out the special or just have a night out with family and friends it was a great time! As always the meal was awesome.
Really enjoy Rey’s, my favorite dining experience in the Cary NC area.
Only negative is that during the meal you become more aware of the very squeaky swinging door to the kitchen/ service area. Spring hinges probably need replacing.
Both food and service was excellent. Our waiter was very helpful with recommendations and very attentive without being a nuisance. The food was outstanding and spaced out accordingly. It all arrived at the correct temperatures. Definitely recommend the Bananas Foster for desert. If you want something unique and delicious, try the turtle soup.
