Unable to get a table even though we booked it on Open Table. They sat us in bar area. We were insulted by the bar waiter. Manager tried to make it right but there is no going back there....
Food was really great but atmosphere during this specific meal was pretty bad. There was a huge (maybe 15-20 person) table that was extremely loud and obnoxious. It was probably a big family and there were a lot of kids but the adults were also loud and obnoxious. And the staff did basically nothing to get them to quiet down. Two other tables (mine included) had to complain directly at the loud table while the staff did nothing.
Service is spotty, but food is food
The chicken soup was from a can. Definitely not home made. The steak was not really good for calling themselves a steak restaurant. The bread that they brought out is very different. It was tortilla and nan with different kinds of sauces like ranch and blue cheese. I did not care for it. The way they cook a steak is different. I saw a hole in my steak and when I questioned it, I was told they put a metal pin through it when they cook it.
Save your money and eat somewhere else!
Awesome food!! Will be back on next trip to Beaver Creek!'
We had our first dinner of the ski season at Revolution and loved it! The food was great and our server was excellent! When asked for his advice on menu choices he listened and steered us in the right direction. We look forward to going back!
Excellent Wagu Steaks, good wine list and great service
We ate here last year and had a very good meal. This time 3 out of 4 entrees were overcooked and not worth the price. Will not return.
Do the revolution Experience. Way more worth the value! This review doesn't reflect the experience! That's all the stars
A restaurant inside another hotel - the food is not well priced and stands more on name then it does on quality. Ultimately, there are only so many options inside the village but this one could have easily been over looked. Not a waste of a night, or a bad meal - but not worth going out of the way for at all.
Great servers, food was overpriced for what it was
Our waiter John was amazing. The food is incredible and wonderfully presented.
I am vegetarian, and their vegetarian option (one thing on the menu) was really not tasty. However, my husband who is not vegetarian liked his tuna tartar and arugula salad. So I guess if you are not vegetarian, you may really like the place.
Prices are extremely overpriced for what you get. Not impressed with any of the food. Wait staff was very attentive. Save the money and try another restaurant.
The food and the service were fantastic! We went with our daughter to celebrate our 27th anniversary. The staff was very nice and helped make the occasion very special.
Bartender was also serving tables. So really no waitstaff. Food was delivered, no silverware or napkins, had to get up and find someone to give us silverware and napkins.
Food quality was ok but very mediocre, nothing special.
Enjoyed this restaurant while staying in Beaver Creek. The menu was unique and everything was first class. Definitely recommend.
Excellent food. The food is really superior. The service is nconsistent though. I love the place, and I am still annoyed at having been there twice over consecutive days and on both occassions my food being late.
We had heard so many good things from neighbors in Beaver Creek so we decided to give Revolution a try. I love the concept of meat, fish, chicken, etc. cooked on a rotisserie and sealing in the juices BUT.....I had Duck which had a lot of raw fat surrounding the meat which was dry and very gamey. Probably the worst Duck I’ve ever had. My daughter ordered Tuna which was cooked nice and rare but was tasteless. My husband’s Salmon looked good but he wasn’t happy either. Guess we will stick with our old favs in BC.
We have a second home in Beaver Creek and dine out frequently. My wife and I were very impressed with Revolution this summer. However, our dinner this week was ok. In particular, my wife ordered the Wagyu tenderloin steak entry for $95. My wife grew up on a farm and has judged beef. She felt that the beef quality was not very good. The steak was hard to cut and very flavorful (bland). For a $95 steak, in her opinion it should have been easy to cut and better flavor.
Wine list is good and has some good values.
On a positive note, our server was very attentive and did a great job.
Restrooms are in the hotel lobby and were not very clean.
Had two new York strips last night. Meat was poor quality, fatty and chewy Cooked med well as opposed to med rare as ordered. This is sad as we have had great meals here in the past. For the price of the meats, they should be great steaks. Will have to think twice about coming back and ordering steaks again.
Fantastic service. Tasting menu was creative and delicious. Will be back as we had an amazing time!
Good food. Good service. Will go back again. Nice wine selection.
Enjoyed this restaurant's creative cuisine, attentive service and good portions. I will return and recommend Revolution when visiting Beaver Creek.
I understand it was close to your last day and you were closing for the season. BUT, that steak was disgusting. So oily and fatty. Gross. Both husband and I were up all night with stomach issues. Outrageous prices for the quality of the food. Just go anywhere else.
Nice servers. The menu was lackluster. Steak was really good but sides very lacking -got roasted root vegetables which was 90% baked potato chunks which was misleading. Also cheese/pasta dish which was tasteless.
Disappointing dining. Started out good with an friendly waiter. Took our order and that was about the last we saw of him until we flagged him down for our bill. I had the tasting menu, which was not good, first 2 courses tasted overcooked and reheated We had to find our own flatware for the entrees. Entrée was gross, took 2 bites and left the rest. Full plate was picked up with no acknowledgement that there was a problem. We had $20 glass of wine, but waiter never came back to see if we wanted another glass. Entrees took just over an hour to come out. We left without the included dessert.
We were disappointed...the reviews on Trip Advisor made it sound very good...we looked at the menu online and it was very appealing but the food was fair at best. Price was high for the quality.
We went to Revolution for our anniversary. I noted this in my reservation and everyone working made note to congratulate us numerous times. My husband order the NY strip- prepared the simple NY style. It was superb! We also received a complimentary dessert on the house for our celebration. Kudos to Revolution- we will be back!
I hidden gem in Beaver Creek. Excellent food. Wine list is very good with fair pricing for Beaver Creek.
Our waiter Jeff was great...food was awesome. Sat outside on the beautiful patio
This was a pre-concert dinner. We had a great time and the Waygu beef was outstanding.
I was pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. The menu is large and diverse--I thought perhaps they might have too varied of a menu and therefore not do any of it well. I was very wrong. My buffalo strip steak was fantastic. My friend's rotisserie tacosere excellent and my other friend's salmon was perfect.
Disappointing. Sister restaurant Hooked has knowledgeable waitstaff and cares about the customer, plus has amazing food and creative chefs. Revolution made a great steak but had a hard time accommodating allergies and our waitress was both lacking in knowledge about the food and lacking in basic customer service skills.
Horrible experience.......awful! Dirty, horrible service, terrible food
We are staying at the lodge and have had several meals at Revolution. The service staff is very friendly. We will continue to come back.
We had a wonderful family dinner and the staff were very accommodating considering the wide age range and sudden rain on the patio. The food was great and well prepared.
The concept is great and the food is very good, but the prices are shockingly high for the type of food and the setting (casual /rustic approach to the rotisserie dishes; and at least the inside seating feels like it is located inside a hotel ...as opposed to it's 'sister' restaurant in BC Village, for example). The quality of the food is high, but that is true for a number of restaurants in the area/valley, and a number of the entree prices are shocking. Unfortunately the service was not very good. Very nice people but we had to ask for things several times and the pacing was not good. Combining the nice - but casual - setting with the food pricing + service, unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant.
Unique concept and menue. Good out door patio and fire pit. Friendly service. Complimentary nann apertizer.
