When we visited on a somewhat slow Wednesday evening, half the restaurant was empty. Our server was slow and forgetful, trying to cover tables throughout the indoor and outdoor dining areas. We ordered broiled oysters (that I've had before) that were undercooked, and the worst I've ever had. After explaining this to the server, her response was "Well, each Landry's prepares dishes differently." Poor response, poor service, poor food. Sorry, Tillman, we won't be back.

I have dined at Landry's for 20 years. It has gone downhill in recent years. The steak was 1/4 inch thick and was NOT a New York Strip. Most of it was gristle! Seafood was meh at best. The server spent most of our time there just visiting with other servers by the kitchen. Drinking glasses were empty most of the time and our food was obviously prepared long before it arrived at our table. The restaurant was not busy, but it took an hour to receive our food. For premium prices, it was a huge disappointment!

We were seated immediately. Service is a bit on the slow side. Mahi Mahi was ok, not great. It was really loud once it started getting busy at dinner time.
