Best place I have been to in a while. The atmosphere when the live band was on is amazing. Such a good place and I’ll definitely be revisiting.

Great venue and atmosphere, delicious (small portioned, expensive) food, clean loos, excellent live music and exemplary staff who, without exception in this buzzing restaurant went out of their way to be efficient, courteous and friendly without being over-bearing - not an easy balance to achieve!

Service was fantastic by our waitress and she went above and beyond to help as 1 person in our group was Coeliac. 1 person ordered Lamb and it was cold and sent back not once but twice and then said it was not wanted as the rest of us had eaten.It was this persons 60th birthday, so they will have great memories! We were given a free drink each and the meal taken off the bill no sorry from a manager! Have been to Quaglinos a number of times but that will be our last.

Lovely venue. Staff extremely attentive and professional. Will visit again. Only negative was the singer advertised on website was not on stage which was a pity as we like jazz but alternative entertainment was still very good.

The place was set-up like a 1920's jazz bar. The music was great. The drinks were good. We set at the bar so we were not able to order food only bar snacks which we thought was odd. However, the atmosphere was electric and we would definitely go back.

We arrived with a very warm welcome at the desk and shown to our table for drinks only. Unfortunately that was the only warmth we experienced from the venue. Being a cavernous space the lack of any heating made it very uncomfortable to enjoy drinks in the bar. Perhaps blankets could have been issued. Wait until the warmer months to visit. So we huddled round a dark table with scarves wrapped round. On the drinks front, we asked for a Quaglino’s Martini which we were all sure we’d had on several previous visits over the last 5 or so years. The bartender nor the manager (?) had no idea what that was so after attempting to explain what it consisted of unsuccessfully we opted for the less painful option (once we knew this was going nowhere) and went for a classic martini which was served up very well. We assumed all drinks were hard coded and no room to be flexible even though we said we would pay for the additional ingredients. All in all a beautiful venue let down by the cold atmosphere.
