   Our reservation for 6 was at 8:30 PM on a Saturday. We waited an hour and 10 minutes before deciding to leave. While we waited, we were given no estimated waiting time, just a "no, sorry, I don't know". No one checked in with us and no other option was offered. There seemed to be tables available but again, no communicated was offered. We grabbed a drink at the bar after 30 mins of waiting. Seems like they were very understaffed. On the plus side, the bartender, Jason, was very kind and comped half our drinks. Drinks were delish! Wish we could have tried the food. Big bummer, we were really looking forward to celebrating our friend, as we were in town for a bachelorette weekend. Maybe next time!

   Cocktails were great. The rooftop desert ambiance was such a treat. Loved the brussel sprouts & artichokes as appetizer but I’d say the surf and turf needs to not be a fatty strip steak-would have loved an all shrimp dish because the shrimp was delish.

   Serene rooftop dining at the base of the mountain. Food, beverages, service and ambience were excellent. Mix of clientele, from lively to chill. Will likely return in near future. Highly recommended.

   A friend recommended we try Azukar while in Palm Springs. We took the elevator to the rooftop. It was amazing. Blood orange margarita, chips and guacamole, and we split a surf and turf with shrimp. A balmy evening topped off the delightful evening with great service.

   We've enjoyed Azucar immensely over the years. This experience was disappointing. Inadequately staffed on Easter, during Coachella, suggests a pretty significant management oversight. Food used to be great, now just OK. Same with the drinks. For the price it was underwhelming.

   Absolutely perfect! Maybe the best evening I’ve had in Palm Springs. Beautiful setting, good food, excellent service. A bit expensive but well worth it for a special dinner.

   Is a beautiful little boutique hotel with Azúcar tucked in the back. They have an amazing upstairs as well. The service is excellent as is the food and ambiance. It’s a must visit. Great place for a cute romantic dinner or a small group. Don’t miss out while in the desert.
