We arrived one hour early and were seated promptly. Our Chef was Erica, first woman chef for us. She was fantastic. It was a wonderful dinner celebration.

It was an amazing experience, we arrived about 15 minutes ahead of our reservations and they sat us down right away. No wait!!!

First and most likely our last time. I came with my family to celebrate my birthday. Our server (Lizbeth) was rushing our dinning experience the whole time from ordering appetizers to checking out. She would walk away before giving us a chance to order. Our chef (Michael I believe) felt really rushed. He didn’t speak much too us and would occasionally drop or throw food items. The food did not meet my expectations. I was really disappointed. We mentioned it was my birthday multiple times and was still not sang to or celebrated by the end of the night by staff. Overall not the best experience for the price we paid.

We, myself, 80 year old husband uses a cane, and our two pre teen grandsons, had reservations for 5:30pm. We arrived 5 minutes early and were told “we are running a few minutes behind. Please wait outside.” Outside were 12 others waiting….. after 15 minutes, I went back inside and was told “maybe 15-20 minutes additional wait”. We decided we were not happy with the experience so far and left. At 6:15 I received a text that our table was ready. Don’t count on your reservation time to be honored.

Loved my experience !! It was my grandmas birthday & out chef did an amazing job of keeping her happy he also cooked the food really good !! & our waiter would come refill our cups every time with out us even asking . Will definitely return

We loved our chef “chefcito” he kept making us laugh and we had a good time. And he paid attention to what we wanted and how we wanted our meat cooked.

Unfortunately, despite having a 7:15 pm reservation, we were not seated until 8:30pm. This is the second time this has happened at this location in Benihana has not honored the reservation time. We will not be going back.
