   The venue is beautiful and the food was exquisite. The wine list was broad , from reasonably priced to super special. The service was top notch. Unfortunately on that Friday lunchtime, there was only one other couple besides us and that does impact the experience but I’m not sure what the restaurant can do about that.

   Took my 27 year old daughter for dinner and we had a lovely evening. My last visit was 10 years ago and the restaurant remains impressive, food really good, staff attentive (we were asked by 4 different people whether we had any allergies!) and live music really good. Conversation against the volume of the music was not very easy but we managed. Recommended.

   Janny & Giuseppe were fantastic with their service & suggestions from the wine and food menu. We started off with the oxtail app and I had the Guinea fowl and my fiancée had the rib-eye. Amazing and savory dishes—steak was unreal. Finished with a decadent dark chocolate dessert with orange sorbet. Live music was amazing as well—Martin John even played a Sinatra song that I requested. What a wonder night of our vacation. Definitely coming back when we return to London.

   Meals were missed not delivered. One meal was cold and undercooked. Was very surprised to be charged for music at £5 per head. That always used to be the attraction was very surprised to now be charged for it as an extra. All in all but the best experience.

   Booked purely on the basis of the fixed price menu being advertised mon-Wednesday. But when we were seated we were told it wasn’t being offered - leaving me much out of pocket! I had also requested at booking that we be seated away from the band. This didn’t happen, and although the music was excellent we couldn’t hear each other during the meal!

   Looking for a quiet Monday dinner. Got raucous music and couldn’t speak above the noise. The food was ok, my fish was over cooked. For the money I was really disappointed.

   Enjoyed our visit. Pity our table was so far from the stage, even though we are charged for the music. Re the food - lovely beef, but in common with so many eateries you're never quite given enough roast potatoes. Fail to understand this as spuds are a very cheap commodity. I guess it the oven space you have. If you came to my house for Sunday lunch you get about 10 roasties for sure, 5 would be fine at Quags. You're not alone - it's the same everywhere. These are just minor points to help you as I have been in hospitality industry myself.

    Amazing service which was very much appreciated on Mothers Day. Live entertainment and singer was brilliant and food outstanding. Also have a cloakroom which was really useful for our suitcases. Would recommend!

    The service was beyond appalling. For our table of six, they missed one starter, forgot to top up wine and then advised us that they would not offer the dessert menu as the next table was booked for 15 minutes time. The manager advised that the waitress had misunderstood his instruction - to preorder desserts while we were in the middle of our mains??? This restaurant has turned from a fun experience with great service to a factory trying to turn tables as fast as possible. We will not be returning.

    An incredible experience from start to finish. We had the champagne brunch and we’re not disappointed, some of the best food we’ve ever had. The atmosphere was amazing, with great live music. We will be back and would recommend to anyone!

    Quaglinos is such a unique place with great live music, and fabulous staff. We ordered the turbot to share and it was delicious, yummy chocolate fondant dessert too. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

    Terrible service. The waiter was busy flirting with the table next to us. Rushing us to place our drinks order while clearing the table next to us. Food presentation interesting, but lacking flavour.

    I love the ambiance at Quaglinos and the music is always great, however, I’ve never been there for the earlier seating and was extremely disappointed with the service. We were aware that we only had 2 hours at the table, but we were told as soon as we sat down which seemed rude and pushy right from the start. Throughout the meal, our drinks and food were taken away before we even finished. For the kind of money they charge at this restaurant it was aggravating to feel rushed out when we were all there to have a good time. As someone who was a waitress myself, I think the waiters need better training. I’d go back to Quags but only for the later seating.

    Really lovely venue, atmosphere and service. Love this place! Only issue is the price of the food is getting quite high, but the portions are becoming smaller and smaller! I know this is an issue many restaurants are facing with issues in the supply chain since the pandemic... but it is a shame that its not very affordable any more. But still a lovely venue!

    We dined at 8pm on a Monday evening, we knew it might not be busy but thought as there was entertainment the ambience would be good. The restaurant was very quite. There was a singer accompanied by a another musician. Both were very casually dressed and didn't fit the look of the restaurant, more suited for pub entertainment! The food was mediocre, very pricey for what you get, service was good. We were also charged £10 per person for the entertainment, which was a surprise!!

    We booked brunch and arrived at 11:30 am to the doors being locked! When they opened we were shown to our table in an empty, quiet restaurant. They put background music on half an hour into our booking and an hour in the live music we were promised arrived but we didn’t hear them play as they were still doing their warm up when we left! Food was good but service and ambiance very poor. Should not advertise brunch - it’s awful to sit in a large restaurant on your own!

    What a fabulous venue for a special occasion. I took my friend to this restaurant for her birthday and wasn’t disappointed. The food was amazing and the entertainment was 2nd to none. I highly recommend!

    Nice food and lovely interior. But, charging £5 per person for music and then charging extra for a charity. This was'nt mentioned when I booked.. And then adding a service charge doesn't make this place good value in my opinion.

    Absolutely wonderful evening! The entertainment was fabulous, the service was exceptional. I struggled a bit with the choice of food, but very much enjoyed what I ended up ordering. The steak main was up there with the best steaks I’ve ever had! It’s not the cheapest evening, but for the food, service and entertainment it’s worth every penny. Can’t wait to go back.
