J. Gilbert's es una churrasquería de ambiente exclusivo y distendido que sirve carne de res añejada de primera calidad al horno de leña. Se sirve carne de diversos tipos, marisco fresco (incluyendo pasteles de cangrejo de calidad galardonada) y otras especialidades de la casa, como las papas fritas Maytag Bleu. J Gilbert’s has the best KC strip steaks I have ever had. At any other steakhouse, I will get the filet or tenderloin; but I always get the KC strip here. Appetizers and sides are exceptional. A real treat!

We had a wonderful dining experience. Our server, Katie, was attentive, helpful with menu choices, nice and professional. It just makes the evening that much nicer with a friendly efficient staff. The girls who welcomed us with a smile also acknowledged us leaving which was again a nice touch. The food was delicious. Next time we look forward to bringing friends to enjoy the Sunday evening 1/2 price bottles of wine. A treat and just a lovely restaurant!

Our server was Joey and he was great. He came to our table very soon after we were seated to get our drink orders and was attentive to our needs all evening. The noise level started very loud, but when some nearby groups finished their meals and left, the noise level was fine. My wife tried the new shrip dish and loved the flavor. Our only drawback was that our entrees were luke warm, not hot. After a few bites, the entrees became room temperture. Normally the entrees are hot so this was a bit out of the ordinary and disappointing.

Always good food and service. Took our son there (visiting from out of town) and he enjoyed a great Rib Eye. JoeyB is a great server!

Server was very rude. Did not listen well at all. Super pushy and took food off the table before we were finished eating!!!
