Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We were not pleased with quality of food tonight- use to eat at Capital Grille a lot in the past but the quality has gone down dramatically for 360.00 meal for 3 people. Do not recommend

    The executive chef Cliff Law always has his staff do a great job and the food is superb! Great dining experience with excellent wine choices.

    Everything from the Shrimp app to the Caesar Salad to the Lamb Chops to the Coconut Cream Pie Dessert were out standing TC our Host, I don’t like the title Waiter, and I had great conversation about the food, our groups travel experiences and visits to Tuscany Wineries, had a glass or two of their house Super Tuscan, and his hopes to travel to Italy. I ordered everything he recommended and was more that satisfied. Have visited the KC location, but the Clayton locations knocks it out of the park. Will definitely revisit.

    Excellent (but costly) food, including all the steaks and the lamb chops. (After many visits our family recommendation is too avoid the lobster Mac and cheese as gummy and not with worth it. On the other hand, desserts are surprisingly good.) Service is always attentive (although rather obviously pushing the costlier cuts and specials)
