This was our first time here and we will definitely be returning. Our server Travis was so nice and professional. He was knowledgeable about the menu, very attentive, plus there was a young woman who was also great, she refilled our water and cleared our table when it was needed. In fact everyone we encountered was very helpful. Our food was delicious, in particular an appetizer special, arancini stuffed with lobster. It was amazing. Looking forward to returning.

I have been lukewarm about Siena, but our most recent experience made me much more inclined to go more often. Our reservation was honored promptly, but waiting is awkward. If there are more than two people waiting to be seated there is almost nowhere to stand that doesn’t encroach on diners or block the entrance. We were seated in the most recent addition, which is why I was able to rate the noise level so low. It was great to be able to have a conversation, but as pleasant as the room is, you do not get the convivial feeling of being in a restaurant. Love the decor, though, and it’s a great space for a larger party, giving the feeling of a private room. Our server was very competent and o diligent, knowledgeable about wine and food and attentive without being intrusive. Dinner was really very good. I was pleasantly surprised that the artichoke appetizer was so fresh, since a lot of restaurants resort to the canned vegetable. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his veal chop, and the one quibble I had was with the risotto under my short rib. It was a mere smear on the plate and lacked flavor, so it didn’t balance the meat but was overwhelmed by the ample serving of very flavorful beef. We didn’t order dessert, so nothing to report there.We did order a lovely bottle of Barolo, which was expertly served. We fully expected to take some of it home, but that didn’t happen. It was so good that we both had a second glass!

Everything at Siena was absolutely perfect. Amy was our server and she was wonderful. The food was superb. The only complaint I would have would be that we were only four people celebrating our granddaughter‘s birthday. we were placed at a table next to a large group of 12 to 14 people celebrating a birthday. They were extremely loud and it was hard for us to hear each other. It seemed strange that they would put three or four tables with only 2-4 people in an area with such a large group.
