    Our waiter, Rich, was great!! He did a fantastic job with our entire service from start to finish and did it with genuine enthusiasm and knowledge. I will ask for him again. The food was great as well and we had salmon, steaks and gnocchi at our table.

    Excellent Food as always and service. Our waitress Andi was new to the restaurant but you would never know it. Our glasses were never empty, she made great recommendations, and really made our anniversary dinner special. Eating at J Gilbert’s is a little more pricey but the food and service are worth every penny. Highly recommend and we will be back!

    Your menu has changed. I had a hard time finding seafood It was so dark in there, we had to use our phones flashlight to be able to read it I had mashed potatoes and nothing on them. I always love my food there, but last night was a little disappointing. Our server was wonderful!

    Service and food as always was good. We were surprised that the prefix menu has been changed to be not only much more expensive but the desserts choices considerably cheapened. We used to always look forward to taking our dessert to go because we were always so full now none of the options really travel well except crème brûlée. It seems we should've taken the time to print out a coupon to get back to the original pricing we got used to and I guess we will no longer do the prefix menu.
