    Very very slow service even with a 9 pm reservation. Ended the meal to learn the coffee machine was malfunctioning. It was just meh

    It was a very busy night as it was Wine Down night. Glad we had a reservation. We were around 2-3 large parties so it was loud and a challenge to have a conversation. My husband was pleased with his prime rib. I had the meatloaf special and was not impressed. I usually get the Chilean Sea Bass - it's always delicious. I decided to try something different. I like a good meatloaf but it lacked flavor. The mushroom gravy saved it but my mother makes a much better meatloaf. Our waiter, Ashley (aka Ash) was very good. He was very helpful with my husband who walks slowly with a cane. He helped him to his feet, and made sure he was steady. Then helped him out the door to the car. Firebirds is one of our favorite restaurants and we'll be back.

    Just a mediocre meal priced too high for what was provided and served with indifference. Will not be giving the firebird chain a second chance. Very disappointing

    It was nice. The restaurant was very busy for Father’s Day at dinner. The restaurant was a little warm and could have turned their AC down a little. Service and food were great.

    We had ordered a sirloin on Father’s Day and it came out as a ball that is not a piece. We sent it back and luckily, we got a regular shaped sirloin. Also, there were tons of flies and gnats flying all around us and our food the whole time we’re eating.

    Our server Megan was awesome! The lobster spinach queso is amazing and the honey garlic chicken is to die for.
