   Always a great experience when we go to Michael’s Cafe! Food is delicious, staff is friendly and hard working.

   The service was exceptional. Ambiance was nice. Wasn’t too crowded (we beat the dinner rush) The drinks were good as were the appetizers. Unfortunately, the entrees were very bland. And for their price point, basic seasoning should be understood. Would try again, in case the kitchen had an off evening, but wouldn’t recommend at this point.

   Terrific local restaurant featuring excellent crab cakes. the service was very good -- attentive without being obtrusive. We sat in the bar area which was a bit noisy. For a quieter experience, ask to sit in the main dining area. Good value for the money. Support local businesses!

   Thank you very much, we also try to support local businesses as much as we can. We try to maintain an above-average level of food and service, and feel that's one of the reasons we are able to maintain our restaurant. Thank you for tolerating the noise level in the bar. We are lucky to be busy enough for it to get a little loud sometimes!

   Food seemed cold and some things tasted off. Service was rushed, disorganized, and chaotic. Not sure if it’s because tip was already added for Mother’s Day Buffet, but servers were not the high level of professional and friendly you get when tip is still being worked for. Silverware and cups seemed a little dirty. Overall, not high value for the money.

   We stress to our serving staff the importance of being their best during our buffets. We have confidence in our staff and the food we offer during regular meal service and our buffet service. We certainly value what you describe here and take your word that this is how you felt and what you experienced. It is our job to find where disappointment exists and try to correct it. We hope you were still able to enjoy your Mother's Day, and we hope to wow you the next time you give us a chance to show you why we have stuck around all these years.

   This was a buffet, and a very good one. The food was all beautifully prepared and presented, service was wonderful, and this family of four throughly enjoyed it.

   Great restaurant choice. The atmosphere, food and service was great. The variety of menu items, food temperature and taste was excellent. The only negative was the extreme cold, the air was on full blast even after the waiter turned the temperature up. The culinary team is top notch and we will definitely be back to patronize.
