It was a pleasure having the service and a lovely calm lunch between shopping in New Bond and Regent Street. The Prawn toast is excellent but it was a limited menu selection and the spring rolls were very bland. It’s a shame the dim sum could not be a la carte, as you end up with some you really would rather not order and one or two you would want more of. For the price, it’s ….a shame

We weren't seated for nearly an hour after our booking time. We were left at the bar with no reason given. Service otherwise excellent Food excellent as always.

After fifteen years of memorable dining at Hakkasan Hanway Place our first experience in Mayfair. What a deception! The table was minimal in size and sticky like in a cheap canteen. So plates and glasses were glued to the surface. The noise was unbearably loud and after one glass of Sauvignon Blanc the wine ran out of stock. The food was ok, but didn’t reach Hanway Place. The Softshell Crab was oily, the silver cod was perfect, the chargrilled Wagyu Beef reached hardly the 60 g. We left without dessert or coffee. They closed down the wrong place.
