   If the restaurant was full, then I’d understand why it took so long for our food to arrive. But it wasn’t. What made matters worse is that several of our food selections were prepared incorrectly, so we had to send them back, then wait quite a while for our food again. This was our first visit to Kona grill, and it will probably be our last.

   This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had, we were there during a conference and they were SO understaffed. We were there for 2 hours and while the rest of my party got their food, mine never came, which was a single sushi roll. After 2 hours, the server told me she removed the roll from my bill, however, I was still hungry as I never received my lunch. We never received any refills on our drinks, we never got soy sauce or small plates for the other folks eating sushi, the service was just all around awful! Not to even mention how disgusting and dirty the fish tanks were in the front of the restaurant. I will never come back here.

   Good food and flavors. Place needs a detail cleaning and preventative maintenance. Fish tanks were green and disgusting. You have a good location and good product…get the physical plant and service right and revenues will increase

   Clearly poorly managed. Terrible service. The bar was out of stock of most things - not sure how that happens.

   Visiting Baltimore and looking for somewhere near our hotel for a late Sunday night dinner. Kona Grill was a short Uber ride away and a reservation was available for 9:30pm. The Happy Hour menu is available on Sunday evening which meant I got a 3-oz prime rib and 3 prawns on a skewer for $14.99! It was just what I needed. Meat was juicy and flavorful. I also ordered an Asian Salad and a margarita. Our server was pleasant and checked back. I'll look for the franchise in other places but it was a good visit.

   When requesting a table ask for inside. The outside glassed in area is just a box for sound to bounce around in. There was one other group in the room with us (party of 2 trying to have a nice meal) and it was deafening. The other party was about 20 people who hooted and hollered and the waitress was a part of it. She worked there or something, so did nothing to calm them down. It was very annoying.

   The wait was extremely long for our drinks and food. We also could hear the servers speaking loud as we were right by the window where food comes up and servers take it to table. I almost was completely turned off by the dead fish floating on top in the fish tank as soon as you walk in.

    Short staffed but hostess did her best to fill in. The food was decent but nothing to write home about. The price for the fish and fries was absurd. One piece of frozen fish for $38.
