Chef Luis Arellano is a cook with a spirit that is both attached to his roots and creative and evolutionary.
He builds the menu adapting to the local products available and the seasons, inspired by the different techniques of Oaxacan cuisine, making nods to the coast, the valleys, the mountains and the Istmo of the state of Oaxaca.

      Excelente comida. En lo personal, pedí el maridaje y este fue bastante acertado; quedé muy satisfecho con los sabores que ofrecen. Sin embargo, el único detalle que noté —aunque pequeño, pero que marca una gran diferencia— fue que una de las mesas se movía, ya que no estaba bien nivelada. A pesar de que el mesero lo notó, no hicieron nada al respecto. El servicio es bueno, pero no excelente.

      Nuestra experiencia fue fatal. No teníamos ni 10 min en la mesa, llegó el segundo plato de la degustación y estaba contaminado. Tenía gusanos. La gestión de la situación por parte de su personal no fue la más profesional.

      Las enmoladas son lo más delicioso, el queso está buenísimo. Con mi reservación de OpenTable me regalaron un postre con una crema de queso igual deliiiiciosa.
