   The food and service were both great. I hadn’t realized this was a chain. You’d never know it. I hope they will open one in eastern Washington!

   We ordered a filet and it came out medium instead of medium rare. They fixed it with a new steak, but by the time the 2nd one came out the rest of the plate was finished. They did offer free dessert which was an excellent gesture.

   Food was amazing and well prepared as always! Servers were extremely nice and always on top of everything!

   We visit Seasons 52 in different locations and typically the food and service are consistently good. The service in this location was not as good as other locations. The assigned server seems to have had too many tables to manage as another server came to take our drink order. The assigned server did not bring water to our table until we asked twice. He was also a little too informal with us. I do appreciate the team’s accommodation of our disabled guest although the table location was a bit loud.

   Always great seasonal dishes - now for spring with artichokes and a very good variety.

   Service was awful, granted it was Mother’s Day, but our server had a massive attitude problem. We made a reservation and I called the restaurant to let them know we were running late. Upon arrival we were told the restaurant was running behind and we would have to wait a bit, which was no issue for us. Once we were seated, our server approached us and made a comment that we were an hour late, to which I was confused seeing as we were only 15 mins late, but we had an additional wait due to the restaurant. When I told her we weren’t that late & she may be thinking of another group, she doubled down and asked what time the reservation was. When I told her she said “ yeah that’s basically an hour late” and scurried away. The encounter immediately made my family and I uncomfortable and I wasn’t able to enjoy my meal. For the remainder of the evening we received lackluster service and our sever even urged us to come back another day, blaming our poor experience on the Mother’s Day rush. Safe to say we will not be returning - the food was not good enough to endure this kind of service.

   We dined there on Mother's Day. Had 5;30 reservations but got seated around 5:45 ish which was understandable due to the HUGE crowd. I am amazed the Seasons 52 can pull-off decent service along with very delicious food and great deserts in spite of it being packed. My Kudos to the kitchen staff who definitely rose above the chaos..

    Service was good and the food was a little better than average. The biggest issue was one of our dishes had a dark strand of hair under the potatoes. By the time we saw it most of the meal had already been eaten (otherwise we would have sent it back). It happened to be on Mother’s Day and the plate with the hair in the food was the mom being celebrated. Definitely dampened the mood. Overall it was a decent meal but don’t know if I’d eat there again.
