The manager Amanda was professional, friendly and genuine. Our server was attentive and pleasant. Beautiful decor and warm atmosphere. All food was delicious and fresh. Plentiful portions. Timing of courses a bit rushed.

Outstanding service from the server, bartender and manager. Very attentive and accommodating. Disappointed with the food, however. Ceaser salad was drenched in dressing, so we should have asked for dressing on the side. Manager offered to replace it, which we appreciate, but we refused, as that is not what we do. We just hope it is taken care of next time. The meatballs were outstanding and I should have stoped with them. The Papadelle with Bolognese left a lot to be desired. Too much ricotta cheese thrown on top and the taste was bland, at best. Our friends did enjoy their tuna and mussels but those of us who had the bolognese were underwhelmed as were the couple who had the sausage veal and pasta dish. The primary thing that made it an enjoyable evening was the great service provided by the manager and server.

Great place however our only issue was that the menu item descriptions leave off several ingredients included in the entrees. This resulted in 2 of the 5 people in our party that didn’t eat the items they ordered. Definitely a disappointment that could have very easily avoided.

Seventeen years ago, when I was looking for a place to buy here in Naples, Pazzos was the first restaurant I went to. Truly, it has never disappointed me. There are so many wonderful places to dine, and we frequent many, but it is always a pleasure to dine at Pazzos. Always a wonderful welcome. Amanda is a gem and is always so welcoming. The food never disappoints, and their classics are forever delicious. I’m talking about you, butternut squash ravioli..Billy, our server the other evening, was like an old friend taking care of us. The truth is here in Naples there are wonderful choices,beautiful restaurants,amazing chefs and all that makes Naples a food destination,but some places,Pazzos being one of them,feel like home.
