Overall experience was great; however, half the purpose of a reservation is to follow reservation requests made in the reservation. We arrived 5-10 minutes early and were promptly seated since the restaurant was not busy. With that, the seating requests were not followed and had to have verbal ques since we were directed to sit in a different area. This was also a birthday celebration lunch, and no reference to the birthday was made during this lunch experience. Notation was made in the reservation box and in the section for things being celebrated. Using the app to make a reservation made no excel in this experience. Again, the experience at Bru Burger was great once addressed by the waitress, the hostess section could use some work in elevating the initial experience at this restaurant.

Not sure why Bru fries so are inconsistent between the Carmel location (cooked to perfection) and the Plainfield location )which seems needs about 20-30 sec more of fry time). The Cod sandwich was very delicious and glad to also see fish and chips as a menu option during lent.

Had a great experience with our group of 8. Food and service were great, fast and efficient. The server was kind and courteous. A larger group came in and were really loud, but no fault of the restaurant.

Appreciate the crispy bacon on the bourbon burger but there was so little peppercorn-bourbon glaze that the burger was dry. Other visits to this location had enough glaze to make the burger tastefully right.
