   I'm always surprised at check-in by the lack of response, eye contact, and communication. It feels rude to me, however, our waitress was very nice, attentive and friendly. The salad bar was excellent as always. The bread was super dry. And several of the meats were well done and dry, but flavor was good. Flank steak was outstanding. Dessert was excellent. Overall a good meal, but we have had much better quality of meat in our past visits.

   The waitstaff was excellent. The gauchos ignored the markers at first and then disappeared when a large party was seated.

   Made very few passes. Made 3 request for a certain meat that never came to the table. Over ten minutes passed without having someone come to our table with a meat selection. Very disappointed for the guest we brought with us that had never been.

   Okay that was my second time going an my first time was so great I had to go back but today was not good at all I was lie to buy my server about I couldn’t use my gift card cause it was a holiday and it’s mother day and this was my mother first time ever going an she was only smiling cause I keep her laughing but I didn’t like how they treated us in the front the lady wit the red hair and glass was so ugly and tried to lie an say I didn’t have a table an I had check in but there was a man in a suit with a bold head no disrespect he made show food was getting to tables an the ugly black man with the pretty eyes was so nice to me an my mom an even check on us an he was only supposed to bring meat out he is fabulous on the floor thank god for the manager on shift wit the glass the short older man he fix everything an I was able to pay with no problems but my server was a 0 in my book an won’t to fuss with her boss in front of me about something that he was able to fix she made are time suck we had to all most beg for food an sit there an wait an I spent 161 in there today but thank u the meat man the bold man no disrespect an the manager that’s the only thing that matters at the end but idk if I won’t to come bk wit my husband just yet

   The carvers were on the ball. They would get you what you asked for, etc. Our waiter wasn't very attentive, I don't know if it was because he was waiting on too many tables or if it was just because today was mother's day and it was very busy. We waited for our drinks, then we waited for water and drink refills. It just seemed like we waited for awhile for everything we asked for. The food was great and our family enjoyed the dining experience.

   Food was good but not nearly worth the cost. Service was good, polite and informative. Noise level was way too loud making conversation more difficult.

   We’ve been to Texas De Brazil numerous times and we always have a great experience. Last night, we sat at the table numerous times for long periods without being offered food. We sat with empty plates waiting for someone to come around and offer us some type of meat, just anything. I wasn’t happy with the service although, the food, when we did get it, was good. The salad bar is always superb

   Not worth the money. Meat wasn't brought around where we were seated no matter how many times we said anything.

    Texas de Brazil(Baton Rouge) was phenomenal! The GM, Mr. James was best!!!! I frequent there every time I'm in the area.
