I will never be back here. I don’t understand how it’s so popular. The food was so bad literally any Chinese chain in the mall would be way better. Quality of the meat was below average and not worth the price. Service was fine, everyone was very kind but they have way too much staff crammed in such a small space that just going to the restroom becomes a complicated and uncomfortable game of twister. Tables are so close together, don’t even think about having an intimate dinner because you’ll be competing in volume with those around you. Cocktails were average we didn’t even waste our time trying dessert we just wanted to leave. Went, crossed it off the list, but will not recommend it or go back. Waste of a date night.

My experience at Mr Chow was simply fantastic. The seabass, pepper lobster, shrimp fried rice, veggie noodles, and the corn and crab soup were all incredibly delicious—each dish bursting with flavor. The service was impeccable, attentive, and truly made the evening special. Overall, a wonderful dining experience that I would highly recommend.

Travelling from Europe. Thought it might be a different experience to home but you might have expected to be allowed to finish your starter before having the plate taken from you, while still having food on your fork! Staff hanging around in groups, messing about. $300 +$55 tip(only left as a courtesy) and the food was only just average.

Disappointed that you no longer carve the Peking duck on the dinner table. We always look forward when the chef does this and foreign visitors watch it. Sad this is no longer done. Hopefully it’ll get back to those the good old days .

This is one of the best dining experiences that I’ve ever had. Brown rice w/Mushroom, Gambler’s Duck, Ma’s Mignon, Lychee Martini, Mr.Chow noodle and more were all done very well with exceptional taste & presentation. Thought it was kinda funny that we had to ask for soy sauce and chopsticks even when the lobster Shumai came out. But nontheless , the service was lovely, hospitable, and lightning fast. The employees TRULY seem like they care, happy, and wanted to be there. I did not get a hint of fakeness at all. Thank you to all staff , chefs, and Mr. Chow himself for making a dinner date night with my girlfriend spectacular ✨✨✨✨✨

Upon arrival we were greeted by a team of very friendly and welcoming people. Our servers were so helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and beverages. food come to our table hot and was very delicious. All in all, it was a very delightful and pleasant experience. Thank you, Mr. Chow!

My favorite restaurant has lost something on its fast ball! Crispy beef wasn’t crispy. Fried rice wasn’t good. We didn’t get our sprouts until desert. We sat outside and service wasn’t good, didn’t clear off plates until we asked! Never asked me if we wanted a refil on cocktails. Overall, disappointing,

I love Mr. Chow! I hadn't been in a while, so I wanted to take my girlfriend there for her birthday since she's never been. She had a great time! The greatest thing about Mr. Chow, the service is top notch, they make you feel very welcomed!

It’s totally a different place than it used to be. It used to be just an amazing place to go with great food and great service. Today, it absolutely feels like a shakedown from the minute you get there. The waitstaff really pushes for price fixed meals, $1000 bottles of champagne, etc. Their description of the menu is confusing because it’s all about the money. I understand them trying to build a check, but it was uncomfortable how hard they pushed. They were disappointed and judged us for not spending thousands of dollars for a 4 person meal. As it was, the meal was $250 a person, and wasn’t worth it.

We asked to be seated so that we could see the noodle making presentation and we were given ringside seats. The waitstaff makes you feel comfortable and the food is delicious. The atmosphere is elegant and refined with a buzz about it. We love Mr. Chow.
