    pleasant atmosphere , reliably good but not great food, except for clam chowder (soups always great). Service good and view fantastic

    Have been going to this restaurant for many years. Definitely have been noticing a steady decline. This year was very disappointing. The ever famous Planked Whitefish is not planked anymore. Portions get smaller every year. Prices are really high for the quality of food. The new management is really cutting corners. Will keep going to Terry’s!

    We had the local whitefish orderve plate which was excellent as well as clam chowder. Ceasar salad great, lobster roll excellent- great food in a great experience

    Reservation was perfect; table was great. Food needs to be served on heated plates as presentation was beautiful but four out of six felt the food was room temperature. The other two ordered appetizers. I sent mine back to be microwaved and the other guests told me in the car that they should’ve done the same.

    The food was excellent (filet and whitefish).The cocktail (Old Fashioned) was perfect and Dido our server was great. Enjoyed celebrating our 45th anniversary at the Weathervane!

    Our server brought a half drunk bottle of wine when a full bottle was ordered. When asked he stated multiple times that it wasn’t his fault. Additionally when the bill arrive the charge for the wine was $40 more than the menu price. Again when asked he stated once again that it wasn’t his fault. I suggested maybe a systemic problem and he got angry and combative. Sadly we had to settle up with the manager. We talked to others and they experienced similar things there.

    Overall the experience was very nice. It was fun to watch the boats go through the drawbridge and the servers were great. My only comment is that the risotto was flavorless and the lobster roll had very little lobster .

    Poor service. Waiter forgot to put in our orders for appetizers and bread service. We had to ask for refills. Service was bad and very disorganized. Very disappointing to take our family here and have such terrible service for such a nice location.
