Uncommonly cold reception, “wait at the bar we will let you know when your table is ready.” Seated after twenty minutes. Noise level in bar - really really loud - made the wait even more unpleasant. Finally seated outdoors, service was fine, same with food. Bottom line, average food, but more importantly unpleasant reception means that we are highly unlikely to return.

Felt unwelcome. Despite several empty tables, we were not seated on time… when I questioned this, we were seated, with attitude, in the most remote part of the restaurant. If it wasn’t for the friendly waiter, who clearly was not originally assigned to us, and lit the heat lamp, I would have suggested to our party that we leave. This was not our first time at Cecconi’s; the first time was wonderful, so was surprised at the treatment. Food was good…not as good as previous time. Bill was just as expensive…. Other than that, it was great…

This location was pretty amazing. I couldn’t believe the detailed service we experienced. It was my friends birthday celebration and the menu said happy birthday on it. Our server was amazing. Once our cup was empty there someone to refill it; once our food was ready it was out nice and hot; and the amount of waiting time in between courses was fantastic. The food was excellent, tasted very homemade which some restaurants lose touch with. It was like experiencing a Michelin star restaurant. Would definitely come back.

The food is good but some of the items are absurdly expensive. Dover sole for $80? Shrimp risotto for $50? The service is indifferent at best. The hostess unapologetically made us wait 10 minutes for a table for which we had a reservation because the servers were "on break." There are many good choices for lunch in West Hollywood. This used to be one of them.

Ein im großen und ganze ein sehr schönes und tolles Restaurant hat auf jeden fall klasse das Ambiente war sehr schön das Essen hat sehr gut und qualitativ hoch geschmeckt ich hatte die lobster Spaghetti‘s war in top jedoch fande ich diesen Geräuschpegel etwas zu hoch für meinen Geschmack und für so ein Restaurant ebenfalls. Aber ansonsten habe ich nichts auszusetzen.

We did not have a good service experience. Our first waiter was leaving shift so our table was handed off to another waiter. We inquired about a couple of menu options as my partner has a garlic allergy. A decision was made based on what sauce didn’t have garlic in it. The pizza came out without ingredients that we weren’t informed about beforehand apparently because they are sautéed with garlic. My partner only ate half of the pizza, the pepperoni was extremely salty and spicy. I had the rigatoni which was just ok and I barely ended up eating a quarter of the dish. Our waiter never returned to our table after asking if we wanted boxes and dessert. We had to ask another waiter for our check after sitting there for another 15 minutes. The restaurant was really loud. Nothing set this place apart aside from poor service. Definitely wasn’t worth the price of $160 for a small appetizer, two drinks and two entrees.

Went for Thanksgiving’s dinner, had done before few years back, and it was a family sharing style serving. Which was amazing. We thought we would have the same experience, but it was regular menu along with the option for individual Thanksgiving plates. It seemed like an assemble line Sysco food process. Tasted like garbage. Never doing Thanksgiving there again.

This was the first time I have ever visited a restaurant for Thanksgiving. The turkey dinner was disgusting. The food was not only served cold, but looked and tasted like it was cooked two days before it was served. The service was non existent. The waiter never came back to check on us once. I had to get his attention via other waiters when I needed my cold gravy to be replaced, our water refilled and to order another cocktail, which we decided to blow off. Bottom line, this restaurant was a terrible experience.

The ambience was so nice. Drinks are definitely overpriced. We payed $70 for 3 drinks. The food is okay, but they give you really small portions. All the staff were really nice!

Everything overall was really good. Just wasn’t a fan of the kale pesto pasta. Other then that everything tasted great the margarita pizza and pasta Bolognese was great . Then for appetizers, we had the calamari, the grilled octopus, the zucchini, fries, and tuna tartare. We were looking forward to eating their tiramisu for dessert and we were told they had run out of the desert so that was a little disappointing.

Never going back to Cecconi’s ever again, so sad and disappointed by the service - waiter literally picked up a whole glass of water and spilled it all over my table and clothes, didn’t even think to move my party to a new table. The food was very mid, and over cooked. Ordered the branzino and it was literally burnt. The most frustrating part was after sitting through dinner with wet clothes- they had the nerve to still charge me for the whole bottle of still water they spilled all over me…avoid this place, not even its name and location can save the awful food and the incompetency of their waiters!
