   2nd incredible experience here. I came for my birthday in February and it was so good I brought my mum back this time. Food is superb - complimented by lovely atmosphere sat at the counter and perfect service from Rosie our sommelier. The whole team were first-class from being greeted to leaving - but Rosie once again gave us so much wine knowledge and curation during the 4 course tasting menu we selected. Sometimes service can be overly formal but Rosie 100% nails formality and fun - making us feel relaxed and able to enjoy the incredible food and service. Thanks again, we will be back

   A very unique tea and excellent if you are looking for something different. All the food was tasty and explained by the waiting staff, only the sandwiches were refillable. The way the food was presented was gorgeous and fitted the theme of Asia. Plenty of staff who were very attentive and they made sure you enjoyed the experience. The hotel is very elegant but lacks a bit of character and it is a small area where tea is served. Good value compared to other London hotel afternoon teas.

   More hype than substance. Go for delicious, but small and pricey, dishes. The quality of the ingredients are top notch as are the combination of flavors for some of the dishes. I will say, the drinks are also excellent. The staff are friendly but over bearing, and don’t communicate, meaning the same question is asked multiple times. In a 3hr dinner we were interrupted almost every 10min, maybe it was a slow night but it was too much. The ambiance is nice but a bit formal. Would recommend this as a perfect business lunch or dinner spot. Overall, if someone else is paying definitely go, but for me there are better restaurants in the area.

   Fabulous - but different - afternoon tea. Thai inspired which was delicious. Team impeccable and very friendly. Most definitely go & enjoy a marvelous experience.
