FlameStone American Grill is a casually sophisticated American Grill that places an emphasis on cooking with nature’s most basic elements: Fire & Stone. Our passion is to serve highly flavored food with the highest quality service possible. We use natural cooking techniques such as grilling over an open fire or preparing our guacamole using lava stone, to give our food exceptional flavor and taste.

Starters such as Tableside Guacamole or Stone Oven Flat Breads make your first choice a tough one. FlameStone’s Tableside Guacamole is an experience that is unlike any guacamole you have ever tasted. Made tableside using a traditional Molcajete, we only use Haas Avocados and the freshest ingredients possible. It is truly amazing.

If a great steak is your weakness, you’ll love our steaks. At FlameStone we grill our steaks over an open flame and only use Stock Yards Chicago Angus Beef that is 28 day aged and that are hand cut on premises.

Outstanding waiter and ambience. Service was very very good. My friends steak was grilled too long but they accommodated that issue and made it right. Overall a very very good experience.

My husband & I visit Flamestones frequently. From the moment we arrive we are greeted by friendly faces, especially Mike. He always remembers us and has a warm welcome. The restaurant ambience is inviting and comfortable. We always request Nik or Gabby as their service is impeccable. The food is always delicious and our time is never rushed. We have joined other friends for dinner and always tell everyone to give it a try.

Very personable and attentive waiter. The Flamestone Salad with house-made raspberry vinaigrette dressing and added protein of maple-glazed salmon is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend!

We went to FlameStone Grill Oldsmar tonight because we went before and Kosta Fyrogenis didn't remember. I only brought it up because I got to thank you for my Google review from 5 months ago. I suggest is a date night and that's not really something that we do so of course it was left up to me and the gears started to turn. It's date night! We cruised to the restaurant and were seated quickly. I didn't mean to make a fuss but I asked them if we could have the same exact table because I thought it would bring back memories and he would realize where we were. He did!! We had a beautiful dinner and quality time is something that you can't buy. Since I had to make the reservations online, I decided to put a silly thing in the notes. I always do that for any delivery thing so that they know that they can park in the driveway, they can knock on the door or that I have snacks. I looked at my reservations but I can't find the way that I worded it. I asked if the server could slip in somehow "I love you in the face!" because that is what Kosta and I say to each other all the time. Y'all. Taylor wrote it in caramel with two raspberry hearts!! If you are in the industry or do anything with food then you will know that caramel sticks and raspberry does not have the viscosity to be able to stay in a heart on a plate. Her effort is the only thing that matters. Of course our food was amazing but Taylor really made the day. 🥰 It's the little things that money can't buy that make me truly happy. ✌️🫶
