   Lunch at Myrtle was a complete delight. The food was wonderful and each dish beautifully described. The service was immaculate, attentive and friendly making us feel at home and relaxed. It was very special to meet and chat to Anna who was so charming and friendly. Would absolutely recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be going back .

   A lovely place to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. Beth, Daniel, and Ian were great front of house, service was first class, and the food was top notch. Thank you to all for a fantastic lunch.

   Fantastic meal. The menu was small but each option was very appealing. Quality and creativity of food was exceptional. Very very tasty food, well presented and served by an excellent team. Anna was in the kitchen which was great and she came to meet some guests at the end of the evening which capped off a really excellent evening. Would return in a heart beat!

   The Beef and Duck was chewy. Overpriced for the poor quality of the food.

   My partner and I had a wonderful evening celebrating our anniversary. The food was absolutely incredible, the staff (particularly Beth and sommelier, Dan) were brilliant and the setting was relaxed and charming. Thank you, Myrtle, for a truly memorable evening. Highly recommend.

    Fabulous food (what an inventive way to use black pudding), some very interesting wines with the wine flight starting with fizz voted the best sparkling wine in England, but made by an Irish winemaker and attentive but relaxed service from Dan and Sean. A great night for a birthday celebration, thanks to all in the kitchen downstairs and in the wee restaurant.
