   We chose the Corn Maiden to celebrate not only Mother’s Day, but also our 34th wedding anniversary. The Mother’s Day buffet was stunning! From the shrimp and salmon appetizers, the scrumptious green salad with various olives, and cheeses, to the mouth watering desserts, from which there were a dozen or so to chose from, everything was delicious! The entrees, which were ordered off the menu, were chef prepared and the buffalo filets were grilled to perfection. Service was also impeccable, which made our special day a truly memorable experience.

   Went for Mother’s Day lunch and had a wonderful time - the buffet choices were delicious and loved the fact that we were able to pick our entree - the desserts were amazing

   Overall very good, food was pretty good had the NYE special and the service was great.

   Everything was great ... Perfectly cooked steak, wonderful service, amazing cheesecake. Slightly detached from main hotel made it just separate enough to feel a bit more elegant

   Excellent dinner at corn maiden. Will definitely come back in our next trip through Albuquerque.

   We went for a Christmas dinner on Christmas Day & the food was AHmazing! The ambiance was nice & we also had excellent service. The chef made an amazing menu for dinner. Just excellent & a lovely meal.

   Vanya was an excellent server. Food was delicious although portions were a bit small for the price.

   Great food - different combinations and use of local foods. My mom got sick and couldn’t come with us, so they specially made her a salad and some bread for us to take home to her. Our waiter was super friendly and efficient. It’s a little pricey and kind of far to get to, but worth it. I recommend, especially for people who like to try different foods.

    Food not warm when it arrived to the table. Asked that it be reheated. They brought a new plate of food that was not warm. Previous visits to the Corn Maiden, years ago on the holidays were wonderful, with buffet-like selections with carving stations and a nice selection of desserts. Very, very disappointed.
