A Memorable Spot That’s Growing a Bit Too Pricey This restaurant has long been our go-to for special occasions, and it’s easy to see why—the food is outstanding, the drinks are always spot-on, and the overall dining experience remains exceptional. My wife and I returned here for our 20th wedding anniversary, drawn by fond memories and consistent quality. However, we couldn’t help but notice some disappointing changes. The menu, while still offering excellent dishes, has shrunk in scope, and prices—which were already high—have crept even higher. What was once a complimentary bread basket is now a paid item, and the Mediterranean olives my wife used to enjoy (a gluten-free favorite) were no longer available to her, at least without a price tag associated. Don’t get me wrong—the meal was still delicious. We each had a standard entrée and two drinks, and while we left satisfied, the tab, with tip, came to $200. For that price, you expect not just great food, but a sense of generosity that’s becoming harder to feel here. I still love this place and will continue to recommend it—just with a heads-up that what used to feel like a luxurious treat now comes with a steeper price tag and slightly fewer perks.

Absolutely wonderful experience - the food, service, ambiance, and drinks were all excellent. We went with the Prix Fixe menu. I got the wine pairing while my partner opted for a cocktail. Everything was expertly executed and innovative. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I, along with our daughter and her husband celebrated dual anniversaries at Chimney Park with separate four-course ala carte menus and wine pairings for our daughter and me. The food was excellent, across four very different dishes ranging from seafood to pork to appetizers, to a perfectly prepared beef ribeye. The wine pairings were perfect: excellent, and reasonably priced wines complemented each dish, which were served perfectly in sync with the arrival of the next wine pairing. Our waitress, Sam, was truly exceptional; the best we've encountered at ANY Colorado restaurant! We will return to Chimney Park as often as time and our budget allow -- it simply can't be beat!

We are never disappointed at Chimney Park. Food, service, and ambiance impeccable. Sea bass was perfectly prepared. Extensive wine selection is outstanding.

For the menu offered and at the prices listed, main course quality was amiss. Starters (appetizers & salads) were better. Service was slow (Monday reservation), and when attended to, "rushed". Temp of the main course was less than desired. his is a main street type of location - but not the greatest. In our opinion - value was not there.

We have dined at Chimney Park many times since it opened and usually had very good tasting food but. Were very disappointed this time. Also a 3% charge for Credit card is an insult to your customers. Suggest if you feel it is necessary, build it into your prices.

We have never been disappointed at Chimney Park. This time we did the Chef's tasting menu and all items were creative and delicious, with the exception of the halibut which was not bad but not great...bit dry and bland...compared to everything else we had, which was excellent.
