BCN Taste & Tradition, the name gives a nod to Barcelona and the meld of traditional and modern Spanish cuisine. Chef Luis Roger relocated from Girona, Spain - trained under Michelin Chef Ferran Adria at elBulli- and taught at the renowned culinary school Aula Gastronomica de l’Emporada.

Located on a 1920’s era Victorian home in the trendy Montrose/Museum District (4210 Roseland St.). BCN Taste & Tradition will recreate an authentic Spanish style dining experience with unparalleled service. The menu will showcase all the fantastic, cutting-edge haute cuisine that put Spain on the world stage.

Credit card info required for reservations larger than 5 guests. A $50/person fee will be charged if you are unable to cancel within 48 of your scheduled time or if your party decreases in size within 24 of your reservation. No fee will be assessed for transferring the reservation to a different name.

    We had a fantastic dinner at BCN. Everything was incredible and the service was impeccable. You get what you pay for but definitely a $$$$ kind of night. Don’t be afraid to try something new… I had the cherry gazpacho and it was incredible! Nice mocktail selection too if you the real thing is not for you.

    We went for my husband’s 80th birthday. The service was excellent and the atmosphere is elegant. We shared the patatas brava and each had the rabbit. It was superb! Also had a great bottle of Tempranillo. I enjoyed a carajillio for dessert and my husband had the crème caramel in filo.

    Best dinner experience in town. The staff do an amazing job and really elevate the entire meal beyond your imagine. We will for sure be back for the next special occasion.

    Food and service were outstanding. Place could use a refresher after a many years with same look and feel. Start with cleaning / replacing the menus which were dirty and worn.

    BCN was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding, the service was spot-on and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was lovely. We were in Houston for a week and this was, hands-down, the best dinner we had. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.
