   2nd time here and the food and service was just as wonderful as the last. We ordered the blacked shrimp and grits, the crab eggs bennie , breakfast burrito and the smoked salmon bagel plate during our stay. All I would highly recommend! Stunning setting for all occasions. Came hear for a Galentine’s (seating of 11) brunch and came back for a brunch date staycation @ Line with my partner. Thanks for a memorable time Openaire and Line staff!

   They allowed us to make a 2:15 reservation but they apparently close the kitchen at 2.30 for lunch so they rushed us through ordering even though we had driven 45 minute and were there for a big birthday celebration. Everything else was great - just don’t make a 2:00 reservation if you want to have a leisurely lunch!

   Seen videos of this place and was not as great as I thought it was going to be. It’s very small, too loud to talk, bugs were flying around my food, and no one was at the front desk to help me with my reservation. I had to find a server to help me. Plants inside looked like they were not doing well either. Pictures show lush plants everywhere and the ones I saw looked like they were so dry and dying. Value for food was not worth it either.

   My reservation was at 1:30p and I arrived early around 12:15p. The female hostess at check in was very rude and I almost left to go elsewhere due to her unprofessional attitude. First she said she couldn’t find us on the reservation and then when she did, she told us we had to wait until 1:30p which was fine with me, since they had a couch seat by the elevator since this is in a hotel. I just asked to know if I will be seated at 1:30p and not have to wait another 15 mins because that will be very uncomfortable for me considering I came In early, she shrugged and gave me a cold response, luckily the guy who was with her made a light out of it by being more accommodating and promised he will make sure we get seated by 1:30p or sooner. She is not a good representation of a hostess for such busy place. We got seated around 1:20p which was nice of the guy. The brunch closes at around 2:30p so we’re able to get our orders in. The French toast stood out of all the meals we ordered, very delicious considering everyone makes French toast differently. We had a nice meal here, nice environment and delicious meal. I would have given it a 5 star but, the first impression we received from the female hostess was horrible. Will I return definitely, will I get there early maybe not. Valet parking $18 or so. Busy because this is in a busy hotel on Wilshire.

   Small servings and very small menu and overpriced paid 24 for a single small piece of toast and their utensils were dirty

   We had a lovely dining experience here! It's such a lovely setting and the food gave off spring vibes with the flavors, brightness and preparation. The portions were sized perfectly. The cocktails were fun and vivacious (all of their gin cocktails used Beefeater's which is a huge positive for me). Bring your sunglasses as it is a greenhouse. I highly recommend!
