We had breakfast this morning at Lavender Cafe Bistro in Naples with a group of eight, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the moment we walked in. The place had an unpleasant smell and there were flies around our table, which immediately took away from the atmosphere. Pls don’t imagine loads of flies, just the 3-4 enough to bug you. The food didn’t redeem it either. I ordered the avocado toast with sunny side up eggs and a salad. The eggs had a strange film on them, the dish was bland and lacked salt, and the salad came without dressing. Overall, the flavors felt mismatched — bold for the sake of being different, but not in a way that worked or tasted good. Prices were high for what we received. Just as a heads-up: adding feta is $6, and sausage is $7–$8. For the quality and the portions, it felt overpriced. This isn’t a place we’d return to. It might appeal to someone who enjoys unusual flavor combinations and doesn’t mind the ambience issues, but for us, it was a one-and-done experience. Service was great.

Our server Ezekial provided an excellent experience. We felt welcomed and were not rushed. Ezekiel made great recommendations. The scallop appetizer was so delicious!!! The strawberry feta salad awesome. The roasted peach salad entree, the salmon and the steak entrees were so flavorful!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PEAR DESSERT AND TURKISH COFFEE FOR THE WIN

My spouse & I ventured out to this lovely little place for diner. I had the short ribs (a bit fatty but so delicious) and husband had branzino. Both were so good! Sadly, only one other table was occupied. Hopefully there will be more folks dining there soon.

We had a great meal here at Lavender. The scallops appetizer was delicious. The broth was so good we could have just eaten it with bread. Our entrées were beautiful and delicious. The service was very good. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, and we felt very much at home. We had a very enjoyable time.

First time at this restaurant. Food is excellent! Different flavors from the typical Naples fare. Short rib, ravioli, branzino all delicious. Roasted strawberries and olive appetizers were outstanding! Service, at times, just a little slow, but I think they had many walk ins instead of reservations so didn’t know how to staff. That being said, we will definitely be back! Enjoyed it very much!
