Get ready! We're SO excited to welcome chef Rafiq Salim and Howard Kalachnikoff of Rolos @rolosnyc in NEW YORK CITY to the Birdie's kitchen! Two Seatings: 5:30 pm 8:15 pm Rafiq and Howard are two of the most talented people we've ever worked with. Tracy and I both worked with them for several years at Gramercy Tavern before they opened up their breakout hit Rolo's and then Radio Bakery. Both restaurants are critically acclaimed. It'll be a very special night and the first time we're doing reservations only, a set menu, and just two seatings with 19 covers each. A really intimate night. Special wines. Honest cooking.
