   Mother’s day dinner took over 45 mins after reservation time to get seated and messed up my moms meals and she ate after us not one happy mother’s day or sorry mentioned…

   Arlene was our server and she was amazing!! We were there on Mother’s Day and even though the place was extremely crowded and busy, Arlene made it very pleasant. She was definitely a breath of fresh air!! Thank you Arlene and you were a rockstar!!! I didn’t catch the managers name that day but he was also very amazing. He helped us get seated and was a pleasure to interact with him as well. Thank you Mr Manager….. he handled everything with patience and professionalism. I will definitely be returning here! Mr Tempo was also present but I didn’t get to meet him. Maybe next time.

   Went for Mother's Day Brunch. Understandably order was coming out late, but the server did not do a good job. She emphasized that it was her second day, but it just showed how the restaurant is not doing good job training its staff. She forgot to bring silverware, hard to find, and forgot to bring potatoes and toasts when she brought omelets after more than an hour of waiting. It took more than 20 minutes to bring a check when we asked, and after checking out I found out that the charge for oysters was not for brunch price, but at that moment I was already frustrated so did not bother to go back.

   Made an 11am reservation for 12 people. We arrived and there were only three other tables seated. It quickly filled up with other reservations. It was over 80 degrees and everyone was sweating. They said AC was on full blast. We waited over 2 hours and our food still had not arrived. The manger said they were working on 2 parties of 14 first before our food would be made. But they got there an hour after us. None of the tables surrounding us got anything. People leaving with no food left and right. After 2.5 hours we cancelled our food as well and had to leave. Management wasn’t super apologetic “It’s our first Mother’s Day” well then you should stop seating people until you get caught up and prioritize people who have been there the longest. We all had to leave, and on Mother’s Day. It was ruined for all. We got there when no one was there! There’s no excuse. Will never come back.

   Good food and great service. I like the Tempo’s with louder music and a fun atmosphere. This new Tempo feels like I’m still in Taps.

   The staff wasn’t as welcoming as other Tempo locations. It was a slow afternoon, our experienced with our first server wasn’t great at all, our experience with our second (we moved closer to the bar afterwards) was nice. did noticed everyone ( the front of house staff) rushed to look busy as soon as the owner walked in.

    Food was great but the service was even better. Jenna really made our dinner experience great, she explained the menu and help us decide dessert options. She made sure we were well taken cared of and meeting our expectations. Tempo Geisha did not disappoint. We will go back and have dinner there again.
