   Rather disappointed in both the menu, taste and quality of the food. Appetizers were so so. Ordered a shrimp risotto main and it was delivered…without the shrimp. Oh, and the drinks were messed up. Too many other places to go so skip this one.

   From the moment we walked in the door we were impressed. We were greeted as if we were the only guest there, and that treatment continued through to the end of the meal. We dined on the lasagna and the eggplant and it was excellent. There’s a nice little bistro restaurant ambience, and everything was A+. We will definitely be returning.

   Overall positive experience at Cipolline. Our meal started off well with garlic bread with cheese and arugula salad appetizers. My lasagna tasted very good, but was unfortunately served like warm after a 30-minute wait following the starters. The server did not return to the table for quite some time so there was no opportunity to ask for the lasagna to get warmed up; unfortunately it’s one dish that must be served hot. My spouse’s mushroom ravioli was delicious, even though it was a tad undercooked. The basque cheesecake was fantastic.

   The food was fantastic as per usual. My one suggestion is to keep several of the bottles of the vermentino chilled. I wanted a bottle and none was chilled. Substitute was delicious though! Of course we’ll be back!!!!

   This was our first visit to Cipollini, after dear friends were here a few months ago. We started with martinis with blue cheese stuffed olives. We came in around 5:30, 4 of us, and had a fabulous time. Terrence was our waiter and what a fine time we had!!! Cocktails to start and then we spent time with our friends without rushing. We then enjoyed appetizers of calamari , crab cakes, and garlic bread. All delicious! The calamari with the pepperoncinis were outstanding. the crab cakes were moist, full of lump crab, and tasted fantastic!YUM!! We spent oodles of time with our friends without feeling rushed to order. Arugula salad with shrimp was outstanding. The tagliatelle al ragu was gorgeous!!! We all tasted and enjoyed! No feelings to rush and order. The Sauvignon Blanc was tasty! Ended the evening with an expresso, shared cheesecake !!!!, and a 10 yo Tawny port!! We will be back within the nest week or 2. Locals loving one of the best restaurants in Palm Springs! Well done!!! Thank you Cipollini!!!

   We enjoyed the dishes we ordered, some generous enough to take home! The desserts are quite generous, too: shareable, which was fun for our good-sized party. The service was solicitous and friendly without being intrusive. We’ll definitely be back!

   This is our third visit. I was told the owner also has a restaurant in Tuscany and goes back n forth, which explains the authenticity of the pastas and pizzas. Their( ragu is extraordinary). We started with a Negroni and great Caesar salad (with anchovies), followed by what I think may be Palm Springs best pizzas. I intend to try them all. We followed with amazing eggplant Parmesan. At another visit I had the lasagna which is equally fantastic. Normally we have the Basque cheesecake for dessert which is also homemade and delicious- but we were too full. The front room is the best room, and has old school, mid-century vibes. The wine list is small but well priced and everything is offered btg. Service is super friendly but they can get busy and a bit backed up. All in all a great neighborhood spot.

   Excellent food, service (Terrance), and restaurant is a great place to enjoy a nice dinner with friends and family.
