With slow-roasted local meats. Rich savory sauces. Handmade pasta. Fresh-from-the-farm vegetables. Volario’s serves bold, earthy fare inspired by the pasture-rich terrain and fragrant kitchens across the Italian Alps – right here in the Rocky Mountains.

With a menu that changes with the harvest of the season and the catches from the streams, Volario’s surprises the palate with both local produce and faraway flair. As you savor the rustic and robust flavors from the mountainous regions of northern Italy, we invite you to sit back with a nice Chianti and reflect on your day in the majestic mountains here.

Our dishes are hearty and adventurous, much like Volario himself. The legend in the Grand Valley is as old as the pines that shade the creek. Volario wasn’t from these parts. Like many of us, he visited and couldn’t imagine leaving.

Food and drink service were very slow even when restaurant was not crowded. Server was very friendly though. Food was okay, but overpriced. Extra “charges” that show up at the end!

We are so happy to have you back open in Winter Park. Delicious food, kind and accommodating waitstaff, and a lovely setting are such nice features after a busy day outside. Great job!!

This restaurant was outstanding. The outside doesn’t do it justice. The service was top notch and the food was mind blowing. We had the burrata salad as an appetizer, my daughter had the kids pesto pasta, my husband got the braised short rib ravioli, and I had the clam fettuccini. The cannoli dessert completed this dinning experience and I was so impressed. If you’re in the Winter Park area this is a must.

Our favorite Winter Park restaurant. Try the arugula and fennel salad with a tasty pancetta pizza - and affogato! Pleasant ambience and superb service.

Food was terrible and the waiter did not even notice non of us eat our food! The carbonara tasted old and over cooked! The host was super friendly and the ambiance and decor looked promising! Fireplace in the bar but was not on, it was quite cold in the restaurant. Maybe this was due to the end of season , should not matter when you eat at a place but I would never recommend this place.
