The Cave Café offers indoor and outdoor dining. Enjoy the enchanting ambiance of dining inside the cave or outdoor dining overlooking the majestic views of the De Portola Wine Trail. Our friendly, approachable, and extremely informed staff will make your dining and wine tasting experience unforgettable.

Our Cave Café welcomes diners Sunday - Thursday, between 11am to 6pm and Friday - Saturday, between 11am to 8pm. Reservations are not required but highly recommend during the weekends. We can comfortably accommodate parties with up to 8 guests in the restaurant. For larger parties, please feel free to contact us at 951-699-9102.

everything we ordered tasted absolutely delicious and we love the wine choice. This was a really romantic and sweet place to have a meal.

We went to celebrate a birthday and the ambiance and food did not disappoint! We ordered the caesar salad, ribeye, tri-tip sandwich, and sea bass - everything was so flavorful! Great wine flight, too! We want to come back again soon.

First time here and we did the cave tour and lunch afterwards and had a great time! Our guide was Judy who was wonderful!

To start, we waited 35 minutes to be served at our table. After giving our order , it took another almost 35 minutes before we got food. When the waitress found out that we had been there, she was wonderful. I believe her name was Tanya. One of the persons who delivers dishes to the table, a tall young man, also tried to accommodate us. And then, I believe a manager, came out and apologized, and offered us a free dessert. It was really frustrating to have to avoided so long in the beginning. I told several of the workers that I had mentioned to some out-of-town people how wonderful Oak Mountain was and that they should have dinner there that evening before leaving town the next day. They thought that was fabulous however, I am embarrassed and hope that they did not receive the same service that I did. Please be more mindful of customers who are coming to eat. The food is great. And the ambience is great, but service seems a bit lacking. I gave it a four in the survey only because three people tried to remedy the situation and did apologize.

Unfortunately the staffing was not very good as there was event elsewhere that left the wine tasting counter for members short handed. As a member we were disappointed. Have been there many times with excellent service.

Just take my word for it....save your money and your time. Prices are too high for the subpar food and environment. No excuse for the poor service. I'm not just grumpy- I would much rather write a positive review for a place. Case in point - the tables nearest us also had similar complaints. Hmmmm...

Love the ambiance. Steak was great but dessert was not good at all. It was not tiramisu at all. Not worth the money.
