Coperta & Gusto present an exploration of Italian regions, as we curate an experience unlike any other. This special ticketed event will feature a six-course paired dinner--each dish expertly matched with regional vineyard and refined wines. Paul Reilly of Coperta, Roland Hermann of Maisons Marques & Domai nes, and Chef Lon Symensma of ChoLon Restaurant Concepts will guide you through this Tour of Italy, sharing stories, procedures and the passion it takes to refine Italian cuisine & culture in the greater Denver-Metro area. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase bottles on-site, so you can take a taste of the evening home with you.
