   From the moment we arrived, our experience at the restaurant was wonderful, and a big part of that was thanks to Nydia. Her service was impeccable, full of kindness, warmth, and such a special energy that made us feel right at home. She greeted us with a genuine smile, recommended delicious dishes, and paid attention to every detail with admirable dedication. People like her turn a simple meal into an unforgettable moment.    Rally good food and amazing service. Loved the ambiance of the restaurant as well. Will definitely come back here. Pretty expensive but that’s to be expected on water street

   Pleasant. Excellent branzino. Truly first class. Presentation fun but more importantly the fish delicious. Mezze dips at best so so. Pita a bit stale. Overall I give a thumbs up for Tampa. But by no means world class

   We visited Predalina for an evening Mother's Day dinner. We were seated right on time, and with a few minutes, a waiter came by to get us situated with water and take orders for any drinks we might want. I opted for the "yours and mine" with bourbon, and my wife had the "purple reign" - the former was a cross between and Old Fashioned and a Manhattan, the latter, was a fizzy blueberry gin, quite tasty and perfect for someone who doesn't like a strong drink. We ordered the pizzete and crispy phyllo to start - both arrived absolutely perfect. The pizzette was absolutely amazing, one of the best pizza's I've ever eaten. The crispy phyllo was a great Greek expression of cheese sticks with the cherry on top being exactly that. For our entrees I had the 1899 kebab - perfectly grilled, with tangy tzatziki and warm bread. My wife had the gnocchi with a distinctive Italian nod - the pistachio brown butter an excellent topper. For sides we tried the risotto with its perfectly crispy prosciutto and slightly peanuty flavor to it. The whipped potatoes though were the hit - the cheese cooked to a crisp on top the crowning flavor. At this point, we couldn't eat anymore, but definitely would have had our eyes on the tiramisu or the basque cheesecake. Another great gem in the Water Street development!

   Service was extremely poor! Took forever to get our cocktails and they ran out of pineapple and grapefruit juice for our mimosas. They offer no bread except for sourdough and pita - really??? The brussel sprouts were tasty but the steak and eggs and the omelet were awful as well as the unconventional baklava. Everything tasted a bit funky; yes it was Mediterranean, but the flavors were off! For a Mothers Day brunch, we were quite disappointed. We will not be returning!

   Incredible food. Fantastic ambience. The Baklava was absolutely scrumptious and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Provided my family an excellent Mother’s Day meal.

   In town from Philadelphia for my birthday and HAD to experience Predalina. The dinner was AMAZING and the service was fantastic too. It was my birthday and our waiter started our dinner with complimentary champagne. Will definitely return.
