Welcome to Madame Fortune's Dessert +HiFi Parlour nestled in the heart of Tampa located in Historic Ybor City. Hidden in a secret passage of Roast Deli+Bakery, Madame Fortune's transports you to an intimate and charming dining experience. Named after an unsung pioneer of Tampa, Madame Fortune pays homage to the past with delectable food and classic cocktails. The cuisine has strong southern and West Indian influences and the cocktails will leave your palate bursting with citrus notes. Serving dinner and brunch (weekends) Madame Fortune is ideal for private events, birthdays, business meetings, girls night out or date night. For parties larger than 4 there is a two card maximum, we are 21 and up establishment, and there is a 20% gratuity added to all parties. We look forward to you dining with us soon!

First, this is not a speakeasy. I've seen it advertised as such. It is very loud due to the music from the adjacent establishment, which is also owned by the same owner. This restaurant has so much potential and probably at its opening was a much better experience. However, today it needs a good cleaning, some general maintenance like touch-up paint etc. The music in the restaurant could've created a vibe but the loud base-filled sounds from the spot next door overshadowed the desired relaxed mood of this restaurant. Now for the food, it was actually pretty good, very flavorful and as described in the menu. The cocktails were decent, also. We probably wouldn't return if we were in Tampa again.

This was my first time at this establishment on a first date. And everything from the service to the food and drinks was amazing. Our server Alexis was amazing, fun and very attentive. The lamb chops and the Mac and cheese were amazing. I will visit here again

The receptionist sort of spoiled the allure of the speakeasy mystic; she didn’t play into the anticipated dining Experience. Once inside the decor, lighting and music set the vibe! The waitstaff were friendly and attentive. Did I mention the music…yeah, it pulled the weight of the rating! The food was moderate, that second bite of oxtail had a burnt bitter taste, the portion was good. Overall, I love the concept for the restaurant, good joint!

We had a great time. Everyone was very nice, great service, great food. It’s also great because there are no walk ins off the street. You have to know you want to go there.

Very very Disappointed... We waited 1hour nd 10minutes on our food😫 We then paid for our entrees nd left... We was told our food was being prepared at a sister restaurant... THE ONLY reason I waited for my food nd DID NOT LEAVE WAS BECAUSE THE MISIC ND ATMOSPHERE WAS GOOD

First impressions are everything and for this to be my first time I was truly not impressed, the restaurant was not very busy so I assumed that service would be good, but it was lacking especially for 3PM, its possible the staff was tired from the earlier brunch shift. My appetizer came out quick - it was room temperature but tasty, after that we waited about 20 minutes for our drinks, one was extremely water down and the other (mimosa) arrived warm and without flavor - the server offered to bring the orange juice to add to it but it never arrived, after waiting 40 mins of sitting munching on thick cornbread and staring at warm champagne I left before ordering a main course not sure if I will attempt to eat here again.
