The Vault @ Liberty Trust NEVER disappoints! Cocktails are top notch Small Plates are amazing, and the size allows you to have many different bites, and… The dessert, was AMAZING!

Food was delicious and definitely worth the price my husband and I both get burgers with fried potatoes, the potatoes we're a little overcooked but other than that everything was great.

Delightful as usual (we’ve been there several times). The Shumai, the Japanese meatballs, and the crab dip were outstanding.

Was so excited to try this place. Very nice and eclectic interior, good energy in the restaurant. We were seated in comfy stuffed chairs with a coffee table and were greeted right away by our server. My wife order a glass of Pinot Noir which was good and I ordered a whiskey cocktail. Immediately the server came back to tell me that they were out of the whiskey the drink is made with, can they substitute Evan Williams, sure. Strike one. We then purused the menu and decided we would do the restaurant week price fixed menu, my wife ordered the salmon and I ordered the hanger steak. Server came back to tell us the restaurant week menu was over and they were no longer offering the special. Strike two. I settled on a beet salad and a burger, and my wife ordered the chicken teryaki meatballs. Server came back to let us know they were out of the meatballs... This was a 5:15 reservation on a Saturday. How are you out of everything? Strike three. We paid for our drinks and left. Went across the street to Frankie Rowlands with no reservation. They got us in and we had a FANTASTIC meal.

1st time at Liberty Trust. Cute throwback ambience as you enter the old banks main floor with a small foyer that holds the hotel reservation desk and you walk right into the bar/lounge dinning area. The menu was tapas style and they had some interesting signature cocktails. Unfortunately their oven was out and the small menu was cut in half. The staff was friendly but definitely did not fit into the ambience theme (this could have added another layer of piecing together the experience)

Service was good but very Poor food quality. Dumplings seemed like they came out of a microwave. Everything else was extremely over-seasoned and salted. Almost inedible. Seems like they are trying to be Sidecar but they just totally missed the mark. Never again.

The ambience of the former bank lobby is unusual but very pleasant. The set-up of the Vault is not completely comfortable for dining -- couches and cocktail tables. The hostess did accommodate us by substituting some high-back bar chairs for the stools at one of the high-tops. The food was solid, but not great. The service was very friendly and cheerful, though not entirely error free.
